Within walking distance, you will find the beautiful Carshalton pond, Carshalton high street with shops and restaurants. Carshalton station is a 10 mins walk from the property, taking you to central London in 30 mins by train! Various buses within easy reach! SL7 taking you directly to Heathrow Airport!

This house comes with a free allocated space just outside the property! And enjoy a glass of wine in the sunshine in the lovely calming private garden this house has to offer! Outdoor dining is also a good choice!
