Modern 2 bedroom apartment one with a King Size and en suite shower room, the other with full size bunk beds (the sofa is an IKEA sofabed too). Open plan kitchen / dinning room / living room. Approx 70m2. 7 min walk from Kingston Railway Station which is 31 mins on the train from Waterloo. Also well served by buses. Comes with wifi, TV, washing machine and separate tumble dryer, hair dryer, pots and pans, cuttlery, central heating, gas hob, electric oven. microwave, toaster.

Property position was excellent close to Kingston shopping precinct, railway station and Thames river. It appeared to be recently refurbished with new bathrooms and kitchen. Unit block was quiet at night. Overall we enjoyed our stay during a very hot week.

We had a very pleasant stay. The property was clean, comfortable, and well-organised, with everything we needed for our visit. Great flat in an ideal location, within easy walking distance of Kingston town centre even for my 77 year old mother. Kevin, the host, is incredibly responsive on check in/ check out & for any questions during the stay. There is parking underneath the building for those with a car. There is an en-suite shower to the master , and a lift to get to the flat from the parking area, so the flat was perfect for travelling with my mum. Kevin has a good selection of books and also some games to keep you entertained. I would highly recommend both the flat and the host..

Nice spacious flat in the heart of Kingston. Close to supermarket, shops, train station, major bus routes and easy to get to London, to Heathrow and anywhere beyond. Very close to beautiful parks and the riverside. Kevin was a really responsive host and shared very detailed instructions.

It was a really lovely stay

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful flat. The flat is near the bus and train station so you can easily travel across London and it is near to the airport in Heathrow. We can really recommend this flat for your next vacation in London
