Downsea is a spectacular, stylish, property just seconds from East Wittering beach, and a short walk from the thriving village with its abundance of independent shops and eateries. This architect designed Scandi house, has absolutely everything you need for a home away from home.

Enter the property and you will be invited into the bright and spacious living areas. The whole ground floor is bathed in sunlight and lined with large sliding doors which open the spaces onto the private South facing courtyard.

The kitchen features a breakfast bar and high end appliances including a Nespresso coffee pod machine, a fully equipped utility room with washer/dryer and a stunning dining area with table to seat 6. There is a gorgeous living room zone with cosy sofas and flatscreen smart TV. On the ground floor you will also find a beautiful bathroom with decadent freestanding bath, w/c and sink.

The contemporary decked courtyard has been designed with relaxation in mind and has plenty of space to enjoy the sunshine with sun loungers, seating and an outdoor shower, perfect for hosing down sandy kit after a day at the seaside. There is also a sunken hot tub in the courtyard which is available at an additional charge of 280 GBP and must be pre-booked .

On the first floor there are 3 bright and airy bedrooms all furnished with super soft linen and fluffy towels. The master bedroom has a super king bed with sea glimpse, there is a further super king room and one bunk bedroom with small bunks (not recommended for adults). Each room features blackout blinds and remote control Velux windows, you will also find a bathroom with shower, sink and W/C.
