Super schönes Haus mit allem was man braucht. Parkplatz 100 m entfernt war kein Problem, auch mit Fahrradträger nicht. Die Räder fanden im Appartement statt. Danke, Massimiliano und Tania. Mattinata ist sehr lebendig, im Supermarkt gibt es viele regional Produkte und ein Ausflug nach Monte San Angelico ist nicht weit und wirklich sehenswert. Wir haben verlängert, weil es so schön war. Grazie mille.

Tutto perfetto, di meglio non avremmo potuto chiedere

Appartamentino caldo ed accogliente provvisto di tutto, zona silenziosa e tutti i servizi nelle vicinanze.Accoglienza calorosa con omaggio di prodotti tipici locali.Nelle vicnanze ristoranti caratteristici e a due minuti in auto spiaggia bellissima con bar per colazione sul mare.Grazie e un arrivederci a Tania e Massimiliano.

PERMANENZA A MATTINATA

Buongiorno,L'esperienza molto positiva,Host gentile,ci ha accolti con dei regali( una bottiglia di vino,una bottiglia dell'olio).La casa è completamente ristrutturata,bella.Consiglio di soggiornare solo in 2 persone.Alcuni aspetti cmq da migliorare,ad esempio la tv che non funzionava sempre,forse causa il tempo,la mancanza della lavatrice.E' presente solo la docetta,al posto del bidet.All'interno la casa è completa delle stoviglie,c'è anche la macchina espresso nuova Illy per il caffè Illy,con tanto di cialde in omaggio,ci hanno messo anche l'acqua sia liscia che frizzante.Il letto perfetto,abbiamo dormito benissimo.

Alloggio perfettamente corrispondente alla descrizione. Proprietari gentili e disponibili, ci hanno ricevuto con un buonissimo pane e pomodoro, ci hanno consigliato inoltre luoghi da visitare e ristoranti deliziosi. La casa si trova in un posto strategico, a due passi dal centro ma in un quartiere tranquillo. Grazie a Tania e Massimiliano e un arrivederci.
