All of the surfaces in our POSHPADZ Properties are cleaned with Anti-virus cleaners which kill 99.9% of viruses for 24 hours. "Villa Playa Blanca" is a luxury 2 bed 2 bath condo located 600 meters from the sand of Jupiter Beach. Sleeps 6 4 in bedrooms and a luxury sleeper sofa in the living room. The unit is located on the 2nd floor and offers a large screened in balcony with lovely views of Carlin Beach Park which is located just across from Jupiter Beach. The community offers 2 heated pools, hot tub, tennis courts, and an on site restaurant (opening dates vary)which overlooks one of the community pools and the community pond. This property has been fully renovated & designed from floor to ceiling by our POSHPADZ Luxury Interiors team. Both bedrooms will offer luxurious King size beds and flat screen TV's. Everything is brand new and you cant beat the prime location. There is even a George Foreman Grill on the balcony!

Great stay, as advertised!

The unit was clean and well equipped, including beach chairs and the like and kitchen necessities). The location to Carlin park and the beach is fantastic. As is the ability to walk to Twisted Tuna and have access to that pool as well as the smaller pool by the unit. Close to everything. Super responsive management. We had our 18 month old and everything went well. The screened in balcony was awesome. Would book again.

Great Time at Playa Blanca

Went in July '21 with my young adult daughter. It was a nice touch to have Gary meet us and show us around the condo. We appreciated the guide book of local attractions/dining/etc. that PoshPadz provided and used several of the recommendations. The condo was just as nice as in the pictures. Lots of room for us to spread out. Beds were comfy. In unit laundry was appreciated. We did walk to the beach one day but chose to drive on other days in order to take the beach chairs and umbrella that were conveniently provided. It was too steamy to enjoy the screen porch most days of our stay...but we did spend some evenings relaxing out there. We tried out both pools in the complex and had some takeout from the on-site restaurant...it was packed even though we were visiting in the summer. I would recommend that you get reservations. All in all a lovely stay...we didn't want to leave!
