Spend a relaxing vacation at this beautifully newly furnished 3 bedroom 2 bath ranch. This house is very centrally located. It is 1.9 miles to the beach, 10 minutes to 5th Ave, 7 minutes to Mercato and 5 minutes to Waterside shops.
The layout of the house makes it very easy to accommodate up to 6 people.The kitchen opens onto the family room that has a 50" flat screen TV. The family room , dining room , master bedroom and 2nd bedroom all open onto a covered lanai and pool.
The master bedroom is an en suite with a queen bed and has a 42" flat screen TV.
The 2 bedroom is furnished with a queen bed.
The 3rd bedroom is furnished with 2 twin beds and has a 42" flat screen TV that can connect to Netflix through WiFi.

Beautiful Home

Beautiful home, tastefully decorated in a nice quiet neighbourhood. Great area for walking. Lovely heated pool with a relaxing sitting area complete with large screen tv. David was a pleasure to deal with. Would highly recommend this property.

Nice house, pool, and location

Family spent a week in the house. Enjoyed the spacious rooms, pool, and proximity to beaches. Plenty of essentials were provided (bath and beach towels, shampoo, conditioner, laundry detergent, condiments, etc.).

Fabulous week in Naples!

Our family of four (9 and 5 year old boys) stayed for spring break this year and it was perfect. The house is lovely and the outdoor/pool area is even nicer than in the pictures. David checked in on us and made sure everything was well. The house is located near many stores, restaurants and beaches and in a nice quiet neighborhood for walking, running, etc. We would definitely visit again!

Great break from winter

Lovely, clean, well laid-out house, in excellent location...just a few minutes from the beach, if you want to take a break from the great pool! David is great, and made everything very easy for us!
