From the garden, there is access to an ancient lemonary surrounded by a rose garden and enhanced by a display of antique tools and equipment of local craftsmanship. The area behind the property is particularly charming, offering peace and quiet, privacy and a starry sky that seems to caress the estate’s century-old cypress trees. In this part of the grounds, a mini hydromassage pool provides an opportunity to enjoy pleasant moments of relaxation. The 450 sq. m interiors of the villa extend over two floors interconnected by a marble staircase and a fine wood gallery leading to the bedrooms. A recent renovation project has restored the villa to its original splendour, while preserving the unique charm of exposed wood beams, terracotta floors and antique furniture pieces interspersed with elements of modern design. With plenty of spacious living areas and 7 double bedrooms with their own bathroom, air-conditioned throughout and equipped with Led flat screen TV, Villa Iapicca makes the ideal getaway for numerous groups and important events. Adjacent to the villa is La Casa del Marchese, a charming stone building arranged over two levels. On the upper floor is what was once the estate manager’s residence, later used as accommodation for the cheesemakers. Today, it has been thoughtfully restored and converted into an independent apartment featuring a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room, and two bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. Amenities: private parking, outdoor Jacuzzi, air conditioning, Wi-Fi Internet throughout, flat-screen TV, satellite channels, barbecue, wood-burning oven, complimentary bath kit, hair dryer.
