*Unit #601* Marisol Condominium sits directly on the World's Most Beautiful Beaches and offers a private pool and workout facility on site. Walk off the elevator to the pool or a few more steps to the beach! This unit is on the 6th floor and the master bedroom boasts beachfront views and a King size bed with private bath including whirlpool tub with separate shower and double sink vanity. The guest room has a queen bed with guest bathroom access. The junior suite has a full bed. Sleeps 6 comfortably. A separate room for laundry is wonderful for those sandy bathing suits and floats! The kitchen/Dining Room/Living Room area is surrounded by windows for the most amazing views, especially sunsets! Marisol Condominium has a total of 45 units and only 20 rental units, there is ample space for everyone. Due to limited parking this complex only allows 2 spaces per condo. When you book with us, you are included 1 space for $55. If you need a 2nd space, you will need to pay additional $55. Pay Per Parking lot is available 1 block down from condo for $7/day. Community BBQ grills are located on the pool deck to enjoy beachfront/poolside meals!

Lovely Vacation Spot

We absolutely love visiting this beach! This condo makes it that much better with its private beach access and balcony that overlooks the water. The condo was very well kept and had everything we needed to start off our vacation! We couldnt have been happier with the whole experience!

Florida vacation

The place was in a great location. Close to Walmart an resturants an bars for the big kids... they had the condo stocked with lots of chairs an pool stuff for the kiddos... the condo was really clean, and that view of the ocean was breath-taking.. definitely goin to make a yearly thing with the family or an adult trip sometime...😊⛱☀️🍹
