Water in master bathroom shower ot very hot and takes a long time to get warm. 3rd bedroom is very tight due to washer and dryer and no closet space. Closet space in master needed hangers. We'll furnished and views wonderful.

This property was beautiful BUT ooking at pics and actually seeing it was a different picture. The actual problem came on or 2nd night once we realized we had other guests with us, BEDBUGS!!!! They were doing pest control the weekend we got there but never came to our room. The owner ensured us they contacted the post control ppl but couldn't get anyone to come out. They changed the headboard but in ONLY ONE ROOM. Then they threw the sheets back on the bed and left. The other rooms they did nothing. The owner just told us to wash our clothes and enjoy the resort while they made the changes to prevent carrying them home. They could've came in and changed the sheets cleaned the room again or something. Instead they did nothing but change the headboard. We didn't have time to stop what we had going on to do all of that. Our house mates had large bites on them that they had to buy Cortisone cream and alcohol to keep from scratching. It was very embarrassing for me because I didn't know what to do for them. I invited them on this trip and this is what happens.

We’ve been a host for many years and have never had this experience. We take many precautions including routine spraying, mattress encasements, and box spring covers on all beds. We acted on your concerns very quickly and the only evidence was isolated to the padded headboard in one room. A new wooden headboard was sourced and replaced within hours. Since the time of your departure, the entire unit has been torn apart with no evidence of anything beyond the one headboard. In an abundance of caution, we have replaced all mattress and boxspring covers, all pillows, all linens, and steamed the curtains and upholstery. We feel badly that anything negative happened during your stay.

I guess it’s now standard to have to sign a contract? Never did that before. Garage is across the street, not underneath the condos which required a lot more walking.

Thank you for sharing your concerns. We certainly don't like formal agreements any more than the next person but in a world that is quick to take legal actions, it's a necessity. Underground parking is virtually non-existent at beachfront properties. The soil and high water tables aren't accommodating to below ground structures. Hoping this helps with understanding the causes.

Beautiful place to spend a short vacation with family. Beach was wonderful. Great sunsets from the balcony. Enjoyed the pools and facilities. Great location - short walk or drive restaurants and shopping. Will definitely be back!

Beautiful condo on the beach .The hosts were very accommodating . The beach was clean & nice. The outdoor pools were nice but cold . Did not use the indoor pools. The whole resort has good security inside & outside . The only negative thing was the constant smell of marijuana & cigarette smoke near our condo. It ruined our time sitting outside on the balcony.

We were very pleased with our stay. The view of the ocean from the balcony is incredible, and the condo itself is comfortable and fully equipped.I just want to mention a small detail: on the first day, we found some black hairs on the bed, which slightly spoiled the impression. Everything else was excellent.
