This comfortable and elegant flat is located in a fantastic luxury condominium that offers all the tranquillity you're looking for on your holiday.

Carefully decorated and minimalist, the property has a suite with a double bed and a bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The fully equipped open-plan living and dining room has access to the flat's balcony and private garden. This green outdoor space offers the possibility of relaxing in zen mode, sunbathing or dining outside.

The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped. There is also a guest toilet available.

Property situated in one of the most prestigious areas of Funchal. This apartment is close to a pleasant seafront promenade, supermarkets, pharmacies, shops and the Forum Madeira Shopping Center, which has several internationally renowned stores and movie theatres.
Nearby there are several bars and restaurants where you can enjoy local gastronomy or international cuisine. In addition to the nearby options, you can travel to Funchal city centre (5 min by car) where you will find a greater variety of restaurants.
Also, in Funchal’s city centre there are several tourist attractions and information about cultural activities, adventure activities, and nature experiences, whatever the purpose of your visit to Madeira Island.

- All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also provide a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request these in advance. There is a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property.

ATTENTION
Please be advised that a Tourist Fee will be charged to all persons staying overnight in the municipality of Funchal. All customers staying in tourist resorts and/or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged €2.00 per person/night, up to a maximum of 7 nights and a maximum of €14.00 per person/stay. When you arrive, you will receive a link to pay this municipal tax.

Appartement superbe

L'appartement est superbe et bien situé. Petit bémol sur la literie pas hyper confortable. Le service se veut également haut de gamme mais au final la communication est compliquée. Nous avons été très déçus de ne pas pouvoir profiter de l'exterieur a cause de l'absence de chaises extérieures (qui etaient cassées et que la conciergerie est venue récupérer mais pas de nouvelles ensuite).
