place looks as in the photos (nice)… super clean and spectacular location (close to everything!). But t found 2 issues: 1) no matter we turned the heater to the max place was cold (and i was in spring)… 2) its just too noisy.

Prime location in many ways. My only negative during the 16 days was this site was terribly loud, even at 3 in the morning from unending construction, garbage trucks, forklifts backing up, etc. Staff kindly provided earplugs, but they just couldn't cope with the racket. Once that 4 story adjacent building remodel is done, I think things would be a lot better.That said, Anna and the team were the most responsive vrbo host team, I’ve ever had.

This is a fantastic little place tucked away but just moments from Oxford street. Beautiful light room, there was street noise but that’s to be expected in a city centre. The sofa bed was an excellent size and the host couldn’t have been more helpful. (Side note: The breakfast downstairs at Drunch was so good.)

Much better than a hotel

This flat is lovely and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. I was alone, so it felt like a much larger and nicer hotel room than the nearby options in the same price range. It is perfect for a couple at the very most. I can't imagine four people would be comfortable there. As mentioned in the description, this place has no elevator, and the stairs are pretty narrow, but I brought my suitcase up and down without any problem. The location is very central, near major attractions, and conveniently located steps from my office. I would definitely book this place again if I return to London.

This apartment is in an excellent location close to everything in the west end of London. We literally walked everywhere we wanted to go. Can’t say enough about how good the location was. The apartment was as shown in the photos but was dusty. We were constantly wiping surfaces and floors to remove dust. As well, it is VERY NOISY! Like day and night. Hard to sleep well with all the street noise. We also found the shower a challenge. It’s hard to climb into and the shower head does not stay in place leaving the bathroom soaked multiple times. The property manager asked for a video so she could send it to the handyman to correct but with only two days left in our stay weDeclined the offer. Great location - but it comes with some inconveniences.
