Why they chose this property

Louth is a vibrant Georgian market town in the Lincolnshire Wolds. We have losts of excellent shops, cafes, bars and restaurants in the town which is a 5 minute walk from the cottage. The beautiful lincolnshire beaches are very close too. We bought the cottage 4 years ago and lived in it whilst we were located in Louth for work reasons . After securing a job near our hometown of Huddersfield, we moved home and now rent Lavender cottage as a full time holiday rental.

What makes this property unique

Lavender Cottage is cosy and homely. We love it here and we have worked hard to try to make it a nice place for us and others to stay. Its a work in progress with a new kitchen being fitted shortly. We hope that you love it as much as we do!
