Lovely stay and cottage had everything we needed for our family and dog. Met the friendly host onsite as we arrived and it was the start of a great weekend. Peaceful and ideal location, beach as described just a few yards away, easy to get into Mablethorpe and Sutton on Sea, I would certainly recommend this site and the cottage. Thanks for having us in Old Garth Cottage over the Easter Weekend.

Pleasant cottage near to amenities

The cottage is nice with all amenities nearby. Beach was accessed from property, proprietors made it easy to book and were available if we needed anything. A nice place to stay, dogs enjoyed their stay too

Lovely accommodation in great location

We had a great stay.. the cottage is very comfortable and the garden is a lovely, safe, space for dogs. The very close proximity of the beach was wonderful and we spent most of our time there walking and enjoying the peace, big skies and vast stretches of empty beach. We very much hope to return.

Wonderful few days at a well maintained property.

The property was excellent…clean, warm, fully equipped and definitely recommend to any couple or small family who want a cozy and comfortable holiday right next to a wonderful beach.Everything was perfect for us, and the communication with the property owners was superb.Highly recommended.

This holiday was our first in two years following my partners ill health and subsequently his recovery. When we booked the holiday a number of factors were considered. The cottage offered everything we needed, an enclosed garden for our dog and beach walks on the doorstep plus an additional bedroom for our adult son (who accompanied). The cottage was very clean and everything was presented as described. The only downside of our experience was the quality of the bed mattress in the double bed. Overall, we loved our stay and will definitely return because as working professionals, the peace and quiet and the beach breeze outweighed the mattress issue.Thank you Tim, we loved our short break and will definitely be returning!

The cottage was ready earlier for us and we text messages from the host advising us of this, there was everything we needed the only downside was that you have to bring your own bedding or hire it for 25. The garden was perfect for the dogs, a good size with high dog proof fence all around it. The location is great for walking and the beach is only 5 mins away, we found the sea breeze pub too just round the corner which had really amazing food, the menu is varied and reasonably priced, friendly helpful staff and dog friendly. we had takeaways mostly which were really packed well. We would definitely return to this accommodation perfect size for us and the hosts are really helpful and informative.

Lovely little cottage

This property was ideal for the two of us and our two dogs. Very clean and tidy. Well equipped and comfortable. Bedrooms are spacious. Nice bathroom with walk in shower. Lounge and kitchen ideal. Perfectly situated just 2 mins walk through private grounds and yo are on the beach. Can not fault the property and the hosts are so helpful. A lovely personal touch which rounded off a great stay

Trusthorpe gem

Lovely weekend stay at the district of Trusthorpe. Never stayed there before, but the location was flawless. 50 metres to the superb unrivalled east coast beaches of Lincolnshire. The dog was never on the lead as there just was no need. Private path direct too the beach. It really doesn't get much better than this. Don't know when but we will be going again. It's worth it.
