Our Cosy and central 2 bedroom home in Sorrento is on the fourth floor of a modern building and it was also recently renovated; it can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests and includes:

This large and bright living room is complete with all of the comforts, a double sofa bed, Smart TV and has direct access to the private terrace area where you can enjoy the view.

Kitchen

The kitchen is fully equipped with every kind of accessory and all of the essentials you will need to cook a homemade meal, including fridge with freezer, microwave, induction hob with stove top, dishwasher, dryer and more, it even includes a coffee machine.

Guest Access

During your stay, you will have complete private access to the whole apartment including the balcony and terrace during your stay with us and there are no common or shared areas with other guests. The apartment is located on the fourth floor, so you will have the option to take the elevator or stairs to reach the property.

Extra costs to be kindly provided at the check in:

• Cleaning fee: 100€ total per stay

• City Tax: 4€ per adult, per night

• Pet fee: 20€ per night

• Late Check In cost: 50€ (7.00 pm - midnight)

Damage and Incidentals

You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.

Parking

We offer to our guests a new Luxury and stress free service of Car Valet with pick up and delivery of the car at the property. The car will be parked in an outdoor/indoor private parking with 24h surveillance. Anytime you need the car during your stay you just need to call the parking staff 30 minutes in advance you need the car for and it will be delivered to your place. Cost is 25€/night for a Car and 35€/night for Vans.
