The tiny house offers a peaceful costal break away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, but still lots to enjoy. Your just a stones throw away from the beach, and a short walk away from the communal swimming pool, Club house, arcades and the cafe and lots of local pubs to!
California sands is brilliant place to visit, with lots to do and easy access with caister on sea and Great Yarmouth being a short bus ride away! Perfect for all the family.
The property is a lovely 2 bedroom chalet that includes:
- Open planning room dining room and kitchen.
- Bathroom including shower.
- 2 bedrooms.
Bedroom one includes a double bed.
Bedroom two includes a triple bunk bed.
Travel cot is also available.
Access to the swimming pool is included in the price just use the fob to get in.
There is a lockbox by the door for self check in.
The property is run on pound coins. The electric box is located in the cupboard in the living room. Just slot the pound coins in the slot to top up.
