Turtle Dunes Condo in Peaceful Part of Amelia Island Resort!

Many thanks for your 5-star review! It was our pleasure hosting you at our Turtle Dunes condo and we hope to welcome you back soon!

Sincere thanks for your 5-star review and for sharing these highlights of your stay! While our private property is not officially part of the Omni hotel, we are within the same gated Amelia Island Plantation community that boasts amazing walking/biking trails, playgrounds, lakes, golf courses, shops, and more (like the restaurants you mention.) Yes, we too love the Sea Turtle pool that this complex gives guests access to! There's just so much to love about this location and we're glad you were able to enjoy it. We hope you will return to be our guest again soon!

Thanks again for being our guest! We're glad to hear you found the condo to be beautiful and you had a great stay overall! Our team is sorry to hear that you felt the beds were uncomfortable and we passed that feedback along to the owners. It was the first time we received that input. As for the linens, we're happy to share our Destination Amelia team has launched a new partnership with a luxury linen service!

Thank you for your review! We are happy that you found the kitchen to be well-equipped; we do try to make sure guests have all that they need for meal preparation. Upon looking into the issue of the odor, we realized that the unit had been closed for about a week prior to your arrival. We apologize and have made a note to freshen up the unit when there has been a gap between guest reservations. We sincerely appreciate your feedback, and hope you will visit us again soon!

Thanks again for being our guest! We are glad to hear that you enjoyed our property and the private Amelia Island Plantation community that it is situated in. Unfortunately, we were not alerted to this exterior maintenance taking place by the complex and were not able to better prepare you, but we were happy to issue a significant refund to show how much we care about your experience and wished to better this frustrating situation. Thanks for your understanding and we hope you will consider staying with us again in the future!

Thanks for choosing to stay with us for your trip to Amelia Island! We are overjoyed you enjoyed your stay and found the condo to be comfortable with all that you needed for time at the beach. Our Destination Amelia team tries to stay readily available to address any guest needs and we were happy to extend your stay by one day! We appreciate the high recommendation and hope to have you back to visit again!

Thank you for submitting your feedback after your stay! We were very glad to see you were pleased overall with your experience. Our operations team did immediately address that kitchen faucet nozzle to make sure it was in good standing, and appreciate you letting us know. We invite you to reach out to our Destination Amelia office whenever an unexpected issue arises. We will gladly stop by as soon as possible to take care of any maintenance needs! We'll look forward to hosting you at our Destination Amelia Vacation Rentals again soon!

We appreciate you taking the time to share about your experience so we could address any areas of concern, however we wish you would have alerted our team early on in your stay so we could have had an opportunity to fix and replace any items for you. It's no problem at all for our operations team to drop off remote batteries and even extra wine glasses and dishware. We have since addressed the kitchen table and dishwasher, and on our inspection there were no more mosquitos within the condo that we saw, so no bug spray necessary. We are glad to hear that overall you had a good visit and loved visiting Turtle Dunes! Thanks again for your input and for being our guest!

We are happy to hear you had a great stay! This Turtle Dunes complex is a peaceful spot and the amenities are so nice. We're glad you enjoyed the condo, it's ocean views (nice photos!), and it's cleanliness. Thanks again for being our guest and we hope you will return again soon!
