Disliked: Check-in, listing accuracy
No heating (which did come on 12 hours after arrival and switched back off again). Lukewarm and cold water - unable to shower there. We had to boil water in a kettle and wash from a basin. Noise from road and open bars/restaurants late into night, broken chair, lounge had holes all through it and just two cups. While the unit was on the first floor up from the road, there were about 40 stairs to that level and the instructions to the premises talked of a white door - no white door anywhere.

Dear Guest,
Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations.
Regarding the heating, the system is centrally managed and follows seasonal regulations; however, it should ensure a comfortable temperature, and we regret that this was not your experience. The same applies to the hot water, which is regularly checked—your comments have been shared with our maintenance team for further verification.
We are also sorry to hear about the condition of some furniture and will address this promptly, as maintaining high standards is a priority for us.
As for the noise, the apartment is located in a lively area with bars and restaurants, which is clearly reflected in its central location. We understand this may not suit all guests.
Regarding access, the instructions provided are accurate, but we will review them to ensure they are as clear as possible and avoid any confusion.
We appreciate your feedback, which helps us improve, and we remain available for any further clarification.
Kind regards,
The Team at Shura Apartments
