Welcome to your perfect Scottsdale location, located in McCormick Ranch!

Palm Cove is a quiet, gated community located in the highly sought after McCormick Ranch area, with it's lush greenbelt, which stretches 30 miles. From our condo, enjoy long walks alongside our beautiful Lake Marguerite, stroll to Press Coffee for cup of joe, enjoy an amazing breakfast at Butters... there is so much with walking distance! We are also located close to the Diamond Backs and the SF Giants Spring Training facilities, minutes from Old Town Scottsdale, the new Odysea Aquarium, Fashion Square Mall and Top Golf. We are also approx 15 minutes from WestWorld, for those interested in the Barrett-Jackson Collector Car Auction or Scottsdale Arabian Horse Show.

This is a lower level unit, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms- no stairs. The unit is 1,250 sq ft and has a small, private patio. There is a one car garage, available for your use. We have furnished the master with a king size bed and the second bedroom with a queen. The community pool and spa are heated year round and we provide 4 beach towels for you to use.

No smoking permitted.
All rentals are minimum 30 days.
One dog under 35lbs allowed.

What an awesome place to stay. The location is fabulous and the amenities are plentiful. The only disappointment was that it was already booked for next year by somebody else. I guess the secret is out. The owners are great to work with and I hope we get a chance to book it again in the future.

This condo was spacious and conveniently located in Scottsdale. We were near restaurants and shops. We were also near the Green Belt and rode our bikes on it quite a bit. The drive to trailheads was reasonable and it was a quick trip to galleries and the Farmers Market in Old Town. Lesley was kind and helpful when we had questions. I would recommend the Palm Royal area and this condo.

Awesome Palm Cove Condo

Beautiful two bedroom condo in a gated community just steps away from Lake Marguerite and the walking path. Two coffee shops, many restaurants, and a craft brewery located all within a five minute walk. We had a great experience working with Lesley, the property owner. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Great location but no hot water in kitchen

Even though owner brought someone in to fix the hot water, it never was fixed. The tech said this problem was preexisting and he couldn’t fix it. Try cleaning greasy pans in cold water!!! Hot water in bathrooms had to run about 5 minutes to get hot. Owner is responsible to have everything in proper condition before tenant moves in. Best thing about property was location which is great.
