Coastal walking includes visiting lovely coves, sandy beaches and possibly even spotting dolphins and seals along the way. The beautiful Georgian town of Aberaeron is situated only a short drive away.

Games Room with darts and table tennis table, market stall of logs and home produce, and freezer of home-cooked meals. Access to locked storage for bikes, fishing equipment etc. Outdoor giant chessboard. Treehouse and decking with hammock, camp fire with outdoor cooking equipment. Free to roam the 10 acre smallholding and grassland. Outdoor facilities (excluding garden and patios) are shared with Hen Ffermdy cottage.
