Great location on the island. Lots of restaurants and beautiful views and sights within walking distance.House had everything we needed. Comfy beds and plenty of room for our group to be together. Patio outside was a nice gathering place. Host was very informative about parking and getting into the property. Great place!

Great property! In a good area, close to grocery options, 15 minutes walk to center of town, even closer to harbour and swimming. Host was very quick to respond with any questions we had. We had 7 people in our group and found the 3 full bathrooms to be a huge blessing! Kitchen had everything as well. The outdoor space in the back of the house was a nice place to unwind at the end of a busy day too. We definitely recommend this property!!

Zachary and his group stayed with us for almost three weeks. From the very beginning, he was friendly and showed interest in making the most of his stay, asking about the best places to visit and where to have barbecues—a local tradition on the island. We really appreciated that attitude. He followed all the house rules and kept the house tidy. It was a pleasure to have them as guests.

Our stay at Iris house was fabulous. The home was clean and check in was smooth. Lots of amenities and thoughtful touches. It is very spacious, within walking distance to the ocean, many fabulous shops and restaurants and also offered easy access to the highway for travelling around the island. Parking was free and on the street in front of the home. Neighbours were lovely! Hosts checked in regularly to ensure we were comfortable and had all we needed. 5 star service and stay.

All about finding

Check-in was a breeze the house has everything you need to stay in and cook your own meals and great local restaurants and grocery store 5 minute walk are fishing charter and the casino was about 10 minutes and downtown Ponta Delgada is 15 minutes away worked great for us
