The town is well connected via the A-23 and A-7 highways, just 20 minutes from Valencia and 15 minutes from Canet de Berenguer Beach and Puerto de Sagunto. Two stories. 2 terraces. In the attic: 1 double bed and 1 single bed (90 cm), plus a bathroom with a bathtub. On the ground floor: two bedrooms, one with a double bunk bed plus one single bed; bathroom with shower, hair dryer, etc.
