The property is distributed in two floors; in the first one we can find the kitchen and living area, with access to the terrace, from which you will enjoy our wonderful Mediterranean climate, with beautiful views of the Turia Gardens and the Serranos Towers and bathroom with shower; through a comfortable staircase we access the spacious attic room, which has a comfortable double bed.
In the house you have everything inespensable to spend some wonderful days, from bed linen, towels, toilet paper and soap, to hair dryer and iron for clothes.
The kitchen is equipped with vitro, microwave oven, coffee maker, refrigerator, washing machine and utensils and utensils for cooking and enjoying a good meal on the terrace.
