The apartment consists of a fully furnished room (large sofa-bed) with a fully equipped kitchen. Large bedroom with a queen size bed, built-in wardrobes, desk; high ceilings, original architectural features preserved.
The apartment is in an excellent location and communication point (bus, tram, PKP, SKM Srodmiescie), 5 minutes' walk to Neptune and Dluga Street in Old Town. There is a Motlawa canal with a kayak marina on the back of the building; parking space provided; local amenities (shops and restaurants) across the street
