Great location close to all the fab amenities Brighton has to offer (with bonus, off road, free park

Great location close to all the fab amenities Brighton has to offer (with bonus, off road, free parking). Awesome layout includes a great kitchen and perfect, private courtyard; 2 bathrooms plus 3 bedrooms were perfect for my adult family of 4. But both bathrooms need TLC and there is a distinct mold issue in the laundry room which is rather smelly.
