Communication with Anthony was fantastic and he was very helpful! Location to tube stations and restaurants was good. We felt safe at the house and in the neighborhood. We had a group of 8 family members and the space was great! Please note that there are several sets of stairs within the home and the kitchen is below the main level along with 1 of the bedrooms. Washer and dryer worked well. Shower drains for a couple of the bathrooms were slow. Plenty of pots/pans/plates/glasses… We would stay here again.
We were in London for a week. Location is great, home is large so it was perfect for 8 adults and three children. it had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Check-in and check out were very easy and communication with the host was great, host was super responsive.

Spacious common areas, great location just one block south of Hyde Park.Unfortunately, the lower bedroom had water damage and mold visible on one of the walls. We were not comfortable having a family member stay in that room, so we made alternative arrangements for that guest at a nearby hotel for the duration of our stay. We notified the host of this condition and he scheduled a contractor to clean and repaint the damaged wall during our vacation. The situation added considerable inconvenience to our stay.
I loved the location of this property but that is about where the positive ends. The listing says it had 5 king beds and slept 12. It had 3 kings, 1 queen. We had 12 people. The queen bedroom could not be used because the 2nd day there the bathroom off of the queen bedroom flooded. 2 inches of water was on the floor. I called the manager and he did NOTHING. I had to use every towel in the place to soak it up. Those towels were still there when we left 5 days later. It smelled of mold so bad that entire bedroom we closed off. People had to sleep on couches. The manager never came to clean up the flooded bathroom, wash the towels. Nothing. I have a video of the water coming out of the roof and walls in that bathroom as it was coming from a bathroom above it whose tub obviously is leaking. So disappointed.
I would rent this property again! We loved the location and the spaciousness. The layout suited us, the property was ideally located close to the tube, the shops, and Hyde Park. Wi-Fi worked well on the upper floors; there was no Wi-Fi on the lower floor with the kitchen and one bedroom. The kitchen is spacious and well-equipped. It did not have enough seating; six counter/bar stools would solve that problem. A blender would be an excellent addition to the kitchen gadgets. We were there in July and it was unbearably hot on the top floor; we could not use that level except during early morning hours. The layout worked well for our family. The host was responsive and welcoming. The property needs some TLC.! There are little things that the managers could address to improve the quality of guests’ experiences. I would, however, recommend this home; you should enjoy your stay here!

This home was the right size and in the right location, but is in need of repair. When using a bath tub water rushed down the wall of the bathroom in the lower level. The host stated there was nothing wrong with the plumbing. We were unable to use that bathroom for the rest of the trip. The bottom level bedroom had a very musty smell for the first couple of days until it was aired out a lot. I am concerned that the water leak has caused issues in the level below. There were other issues, such as mold in the detergent drawer of the washer that I had to clean and the door broken at the hinge that made washing difficult. The washer and dryer are very small, only 3 or 4 towels fit and we had to hang towels for them to dry. Again, this is a great location and has a lot of room, but the issues need to be fixed.
Great location, neighborhood and an amazingly spacious house. Plenty of bedrooms, baths and space for our whole family. Antony was attentive to our needs and worked to solve the few problems we had. Parts of the house could have been cleaner, especially the bedroom off of the kitchen where a window and water leak was moldy and under repair. Also, this ensuite bathroom doesn't have a door. Biggest disappointment was to not have a working pour over coffeemaker. The "new" one was inoperable. We jury rigged a filter holder to create a pour over brew system and also bought Tassimo pods to use in the Tassimo brewer. The multiple light switches in the kitchen and the top floor family room should be labeled for ease of knowing how to turn on the lights you want. Shower head in the front bedroom bath kept falling from the mounting bracket which made showers a challenge. Also, the large window shade is dingy and stained. All in all, we had a great five day stay and enjoyed our niece' s wedding in Chiswick Gardens on Sunday.
