Enjoy this wonderful house in the historic centre of Tarifa, recently renovated (2023). With a perfect location to enjoy the tourist areas, shops and restaurants; close to the Puerta de Jerez and just 10 minutes walk from the beach and its beautiful beach bars.



It is ideal for couples and/or families with 1/2 children (9-15 years old).

A good place for lovers of wind sports, you can leave your equipment on the roof terrace!

The space

A house with open-plan rooms; on the first floor there is the living room and kitchen; on the second floor, the bedroom with a comfortable double bed and the bathroom. From here you can access a small mezzanine via stairs where there is a sofa bed for children (since there are children, you have to be careful with access). On the third floor you can enjoy a small roof terrace and the washing machine area.



A living room with a smart TV and a very special, beautiful kitchen with its modern SMEG appliances (fridge, coffee maker, kettle, toaster) and everything you need to cook when you prefer to stay home and relax.

Una casita en Tarifa

Es una casita completa, hasta con terraza, que hace sentir que perteneces al lugar. La ubicación es muy buena, aunque hace imposible llegar en coche para descargar equipaje. En la planta de abajo se acumula mucha humedad que da sensación de frío, al no tener sol a través de la ventana, apenas. Quizás con un deshumidificador podría mejorarse. También resultaría acogedor tener agua y café a la llegada, para usar si se llega tarde. Un sistema de perchas en el dormitorio sería de gran utilidad, así como una silla o lugar en el que poder colgar la ropa. Resulta incómodo no tener dónde colgarla, especialmente por tantos días.
