1st London Travel
We had an amazing time staying at this location. The Warwick Ave tube was very convenient. The neighborhood is quiet and great for families. There is a coffee shop and store around the corner. The place was clean and ready when we arrived. The owner was very responsive when I reached out to him. We would loved to have had a larger blanket on one of the beds and a couple more towels for our family of 6. The pictures were accurate of the place. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone staying in London. Thank you for the hospitality.families.

Wir hatten dem Gastgeber unsere ungefähre Ankunftszeit mitgeteilt und um den Zugangscode gebeten. Wir standen im Dunkeln in der Kälte vor verschlossener Tür. Wir mussten unverrichteter Dinge wieder abziehen und bei der Verwandtschaft Schutz suchen. Dadurch entstanden zusätzliche Kosten. Wir mussten den vrbo Support anrufen und abwarten. Nach etwa drei Stunden kam eine Dame mit dem Schlüssel vorbei und wir durften eintreten.Die Wohnung hat eigentlich Potential, aber leider gab es kein WLan und auch kein TV. Erst am folgenden Abend wurde ein sehr schlechtes WLAN installiert, das dann am folgenden Tag noch einmal nachgebessert werden musste. Der untere Bereich der Wohnung war schlecht gepflegt und das 2. Bad war defekt. Zu allem Überfluß ging auch dort noch die Toilette kaputt, was dazu führte, das sie unter lauten Getöse Wasser zog. Nach drei Tagen besuchte uns ein Klempner für mehrere Stunden.Die Wohnung könnte sehr ruhig sein, wenn nicht überall Ventilatoren liefen, die wohl die wohl gegen Feuchtigkeit helfen sollen. Die Ventilatoren schalteten sich nachts permanent ein und aus.Die genannten Ansprechpartner vor Ort waren nicht erreichbar. Darüber hinaus leitete Fewo-direkt die Emails an eine Adresse weiter, die nicht mehr existieren dürfte. Im Nachhinein musste ich feststellen, dass der Gastgeber wohl nicht der englischen Sprache mächtig ist.Die Wohnung hat eine gute Größe, die Lage ist durchaus vorteilhaft, aber das Management ist eine Katastrophe.
