This 1-bedroom apartment is situated on the third floor of the building, just a few minutes' walk from Paddington Station.

The apartment comes equipped with a 4-in-1 coffee machine, with a welcome offering of coffee pods, toiletries, washing tablets and toilet roll.

The journey time from Heathrow is only 25 minutes by train on the Elizabeth Line.

The apartment is self-contained and located on the top floor of a four-story building. There is NO elevator in the building, so you will have to climb about 45 steps to access the apartment within the building.

The bedroom has a UK double bed (190cm x 135cm) with built-in storage.

The living room is semi-open-plan with the kitchen and has a click-clack style sofa-bed which can sleep 2 people but is more comfortable for 1 person. (If you require use of the sofa-bed, please ensure you make a request for it to be set-up when making your booking request)

The bathroom comes with a toilet, sink and shower, but NO bathtub.

Another factor to note is that the building is adjoined to the local fish & chips shop on the street level. The smell of fish & chips will radiate from the shop-floor and so can be smelt from within the communal hallway of the building, but not within the apartment whilst the windows are shut. If the windows are opened, you should expect to smell the fish & chip shop.
