Vielen Dank, dass Sie Ihre Erfahrungen im Alván Apartment mit uns geteilt haben. Es tut uns leid, dass nicht alles Ihren Erwartungen entsprach, aber wir möchten klarstellen, dass die von Ihnen angesprochenen Punkte vollständig behoben wurden:
Die Reinigung der Umgebung und der Gemeinschaftsbereiche wurde verbessert, und alles ist derzeit in einwandfreiem Zustand. Bettwäsche und Handtücher stammen aus einer professionellen Wäscherei, und wir haben zusätzliche Maßnahmen ergriffen, um eine einwandfreie Präsentation zu gewährleisten.
Was den Lärm betrifft, so handelte es sich um einen einmaligen Vorfall. Heute ist die Atmosphäre im Gebäude ruhig und lädt zum Entspannen ein.
Auch die Situation im Eingangsbereich ist vollständig kontrolliert, um die Ruhe aller Gäste zu gewährleisten.
Wir freuen uns, dass Sie das Apartment selbst so schön fanden, und möchten Ihnen mitteilen, dass das Alván Apartment derzeit ein deutlich komfortableres und angenehmeres Erlebnis bietet.
