Loved this rental. We had a wonderful stay at this beach cottage! The cottage was spacious, comfortable, and very well equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The location was fantastic, with easy and convenient access to the beach. It was the perfect place to enjoy our time at the coast, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

David was very responsive and answered any questions I had. The location is perfect, literally a couple minute walk to the beach which was easy enough even for my 76 year old mother. The pool was an added bonus for when you just wanted to relax and it was only 2 houses down. Can’t wait to visit again.

Beach access is very easy and within walking distance. We had a few issues with cleanliness such as old food left in the pantry, ants, and sand and hair in the beds and in the bathtubs. The driveway is very narrow and the shrubbery makes it hard to open car doors to get in and out. Overall, the stay was pleasant. The house is beautiful and big enough for large parties. The owner is friendly and eager to fix issues. Would stay again.

Other reviews were very accurate, place is even nicer than pics! Very well stocked with all you want and need for the beach. It was really an easy 2 minute walk to the beach. Beach area not very crowded, walked to a few restaurants. ac worked! and beds were comfortable. Peaceful back porch! David was very responsive!!!! Hope to return to Santa Rosa Beach, and rent the same place!!!!

The house was clean and provided plenty of room for us. The location is great, so quiet and private. We loved sitting on the porch with our coffee in the mornings and watching the birds flying over Oyster Lake. The beach is right across the street.
