Located in Beach Haven Cottages at Dune Allen Beach, this beautiful recently decorated, Pottery Barn style, 4 bedroom/3 bath private home comes fully furnished for the whole family to enjoy.

Beach Haven is a quiet, community that is located on beautiful 30A in Santa Rosa Beach, where you can take advantage of the homes close proximity to shopping and restaurants by walking or biking to Gulf Place which is just 1/2 mile from the home. Gulf Place has several restaurants including La Playa, The Perfect Pig and Shunk Gulley plus boutique stores such as SoHo, the 30A store and a coffee shop. The community is also close to Blue Mountain, Watercolor, Seaside, and a 15 minute drive to Destin.

Walk to the beach via a public beach access in less than 2 minutes. The beach is one of the prettiest on 30-A with sugar white dunes in the background. The community has a pool available for guests. The neighborhood backs up to Oyster Lake, a coastal dune lake, offering fishing and majestic views.

The home is open and spacious to enjoy your vacation. The four bedrooms are beautifully decorated with families in mind. The master suite is on the second level and furnished with a king size bed, 40” flat screen and walk in closet. The private master bath has a Jacuzzi bath, dual vanities and separate walk-in shower. The second bedroom on the second level is furnished with a king size bed and a 43” flat screen. These two bedrooms have access to a balcony with great views of Oyster Lake. The Bunk-room (great for kids) is also on the second level and is furnished with a full on full Bunk-bed which sleeps four and a 32” flat screen. The fourth bedroom on the lower level is furnished with a queen size bed and 40” flat screen. All in all, you can sleep 10 (6 adults and 4 children) or 8 adults comfortably, perfect for two families to share or extended families.

The main living area has ample seating with a comfy sectional sofa and flat screen with Blue Ray DVD which makes this a great place to relax when you are not on the beach. Wireless broadband internet access is provided free of charge. The designer kitchen comes equipped with Stainless Appliances and Granite Counters with a breakfast bar that seats 4. A separate dining area seats 8.

The home boasts two porches on both floor levels with seating area as well as an upstairs balcony to relax and enjoy the views. There is an outdoor shower for beach goers and for the outdoor cook, a new gas grill.

30 minutes from the Destin/Fort Walton airport (airport code VPS) and 40 minutes from the new Panama City Beach airport (airport code ECP).

We prefer our guests to have at least one person in their party to be 28 or older. We allow small pets after owner approval. Daily and weekly rentals only. During the months of June, July and August, we only rent Saturday to Saturday. Thank You.
