This detached property rests in Pinewood, Ipswich and can sleep eight people in four bedrooms. Perfect for families and groups of friends.
The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen with a AGA, electric oven, four ring ceramic hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, a sitting room with a Smart TV and a woodburning stove and dining area seating eight, a snug with Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of three king bedrooms, and a twin bedroom, along with an en-suite shower room, family bathroom and ground floor shower room. There is ample parking for cars on the large private driveway. Shop 2 miles, pub 2 miles. Note: The lake is not enclosed so therefore children and dogs will need to be supervised at all times. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price.
Amenities: Oil central heating with wood-burning stove. AGA, electric oven with grill, induction hob, American style fridge-freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine. 2 x Smart TV's with on demand content, WiFi. Ipswich was awarded the cleanest town award in 2007 and has a number of things to do, including a good selection of shops to browse and brilliant restaurants and bars, not to mention being home to Ipswich Town Football Club!
