arty flat in Monti area
It’s one of my favorite flats, it’s well decorated and well located, furnished with a collection of art pieces. The size is perfect for a couple or a small family. The building is about 10 minutes walk from the main attractions: the Colosseo, the Domus Aurea, the Roman Forum and Termini station. It’s 2 minutes walk from the metro line A. I live close to the flat and i am always glad to give tips and advices. It’s an authorized rental property with high housekeeping standards.

Why they chose this property
It’s a 5th (top) floor with elevator, it’s bright and quiet. The building is located in very hip area between the rione Monti and the rione Esquilino. The big shared terrace (on the 6th floor) is perfect to have breakfast or an Italian aperitivo waiting the sunset.
