WONDERFUL LOCATION !!! GREAT PROPERTY !!!This 4 bedroom, 4 bath cabin is a must see!!!! No matter what you come to the mountains for, this location has it. This cabin has large rooms for large families or more than one family. The furnishings are very comfortable, and you will have everything that you will need for your stay. Linens,towels,pillows, tv, WiFi, new Mattresses, beautiful yard, private deck with awesome view, plenty of parking, everything!!!

The gameroom is usually where you will find everyone. Their is so much to do, pooltable,tabletop poker, flat screen tv, games.
It also has a full bath and 2 sleeper sofas,( singles) if needed for a 5th bedroom.Large kitchen has an eat-at-bar with a breakfast table that seats 4. The dining-room has a large table for seating 8 guests.

Enjoy the large hot tub after a long day of shopping, sightseeing, or after a ride through CADES COVE!!!!!!!

You will come back once you have seen the beautiful landscaped yard.
A yard for the kids to play, a shade for the grandparents to sit under.Very private and secluded and full of flowering trees and bushes.At night sit by the fire outside, and have great conversation and make memories. And watch the Beautiful and Unique Firework Show at Dollywood every night at 9pm Eastern time. Awesome!

Walking distance to fine shops, restuarants, and amusement parks.There are 3 trolly stops close to the cabin for your convenience. This property is very unique.The location, the cabin, the room inside and outside. You will feel at home here. It is a piece of heaven.!!

We loved our stay at Papaw Wilburn’s cabin. Lagenia was so easy to communicate with when we had a problem with our door code at check-in. She responded promptly and kindly helped us. We were 3 senior citizen couples, each with our own bedroom and bathroom, and an extra bathroom off the game room. The deck overlooking the parkway was fantastic to watch the nightly fireworks and just great to spend time together on. The large lawn is unheard of in a rental and the large parking area was great for three vehicles. Well equipped. You won’t go wrong with this one.

The cabin was beautiful and the location is great! If you enjoy sleeping with blackout curtains this is your place (these are so hard to find in vacation rentals)! The pictures in the listing do not do this home justice. The space is very roomy and homey. The hot tub is very private and clean. The home was perfect for our spring break with our daughters.

Great stay

Perfect spot! The whole family loved the cabin - great location tucked behind the main drag. Able to walk to dinner and shops! Plenty of space for family and kids - beautiful view and outdoor gathering area. Able to watch the fireworks from Dollywood without leaving the house! Adults loved the game room as much as the kids. Will definitely book again!

Nice property.

Home was wonderful and decorated for October and was very comfortable and felt like home. Great view of pigeon forge from patio and close to everything. Showers were amazing and everything was clean and very well taken care of. ,enjoyed our stay and would return .

Best Family Trip

We stayed at this beautiful cabin for our annual family vacation! What a fantastic time we had! The cabin is welcoming & comfortable just as described! The location is amazingly close to all the attractions but once you climb the driveway it’s like you are secluded.

Wonderful Place

We were a group of 8 adults and we were very comfortable. The balcony is great to be able to watch the nightly fireworks at Dollywood. Within 10 minute drive of pretty much everything. Would definitely stay there again.

Legenia bought the cabin in 2006 and thought it was the perfect place to name after her Daddy-The Late Mr. Wilburn Kilgo(8/21/36-12/7/04)...he was a wonderful and loving Daddy, Husband, Uncle, Brother and especially the Best PawPaw ever...he loved life, his family, logging which he done his whole life and traveling anywhere especially The Great Smokey Mountains!! So we hope you enjoy and create many memories with your families like we do when we visit:) (Yalonda)

It is ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL INSIDE AND OUT...from the picnic area and the landscaped yard to the tastefully decorated rooms and gameroom;you are sure to find something for every age group in your family to enjoy...we have ages 6 to 70 in our family and everyone is always pleased....we know you will too:) (Yalonda)

What makes this property unique

The house was built in 1940, but we have done a great deal of new updates. The Cabin still has some of the old charm, but feels new at the same time. The rooms are large and roomy, even the baths. The property sits on an acre of land, so you actually have a yard. That is very unusual for a rental property.Plenty of parking is also a plus at this property. The view from sitting outside is the best. Some will never leave the property, until it is time to go home. Can not describe how private the property is, but still so close to everything. Just have to see!!!!(Yalonda)
