Good base for exploring Paris for 2 people. Easy walking distance for Gare du Nord and Sacre Coeur. Lots of good transport links and metros nearby. Neighbourhood is lively part of Goutte d'Or so lots of multicultural cuisines and shops. Two lovely boulangeries which open late at corner of the road too. Local Aldi, Franprix and Carrefour all within walking distance too. We stayed in a very wet March month and the two heaters in the property worked well to dry us off and warm us up. Internet speed is good. So all in all a very positive experienceImprovements for us include more kitchen utensils for self-catering, extra pillows in bedroom, the bathroom sink is located within the bedroom but the shower is hot and powerful, One entrance door in the building hallway did not lock properly but we felt secure in the apartment block

Idealer Ausgangspunkt für zwei Personen, um Paris zu erkunden. Gare du Nord und Sacré-Cœur sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Zahlreiche U-Bahn-Stationen und gute Verkehrsanbindungen befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Viertel ist ein lebendiger Teil von Goutte d'Or mit vielen internationalen Restaurants und Geschäften. Zwei nette Bäckereien mit langen Öffnungszeiten befinden sich gleich um die Ecke. Auch Aldi, Franprix und Carrefour sind fußläufig erreichbar. Wir waren im sehr verregneten März dort, und die beiden Heizungen in der Unterkunft sorgten dafür, dass wir uns trocknen und aufwärmen konnten. Die Internetgeschwindigkeit ist gut. Insgesamt also eine sehr positive Erfahrung. Verbesserungsvorschläge hätten wir uns für die Küche (für Selbstversorger), zusätzliche Kissen im Schlafzimmer und ein Waschbecken im Badezimmer (die Dusche ist heiß und hat einen guten Wasserdruck) gewünscht. Eine Eingangstür im Flur ließ sich nicht richtig abschließen, aber wir fühlten uns im Wohnhaus dennoch sicher.

L'appartement loué ne se trouve pas à montmartre comme écrit en gros dans l'annonce, mais à Barbes. Un quartier ou règne l'insécurité la plus totale. Nous avons décidé de quitter le logement lundi, et se loger ailleurs, tellement il était compliqué pour nous de rester dans ce quartier. Le soir vous ne pouvez plus sortir après 17h. Le logement est entouré de dealers et guetteurs qui squattent devant la porte du bloc du logement. Samedi soir nous avons été contraints de faire demi tour et rentrer tant les rues adjacentes étaient lugubres. Le deuxième code fourni pour rentrer dans le logement ne sert strictement à rien, il est obsolète car le boîtier ne fonctionne pas. Je trouve totalement inconscient de laisser des personnes loger dans ce quartier sans prévenir de la dangerosité de celui ci. Nous sommes extrement déçus, et comptons signaler ce logement à toutes les plates-formes. Mme Audrey Burnens
