Je déconseille vivement ce logement en raison d'un manque total de professionnalisme et de prestations non conformes à l'annonce. Notre séjour a été gâché par une accumulation de désagréments : Accueil inexistant : L'annonce précisait qu'une personne allait nous accueillir physiquement. Personne n'était là. De plus, nous n'avons récupéré qu'une seule paire de clés, ce qui est extrêmement contraignant au quotidien. Équipements défectueux ou manquants : La télécommande de la télévision était manquante, nous privant de son utilisation le premier soir. Les deux ventilateurs ne fonctionnaient pas du tout, une situation insupportable en pleine période de forte canicule. Mobilier en mauvais état : Le canapé est totalement usé et affaissé, rendant l'assise douloureuse pour le dos. Service client fantôme : Malgré de multiples relances par téléphone et WhatsApp pour obtenir de nouvelles serviettes, et malgré leurs confirmations de passage, nous n'avons jamais rien reçu. En résumé : J'ai passé un temps précieux à signaler mon insatisfaction et mes attentes durant le séjour, sans aucun succès ni effort commercial. J'avais pourtant prévenu que sans réaction de leur part, je laisserai un commentaire honnête. La gestion de ce logement est tout simplement lamentable.
