There was lack of communication when we needed help. There is no air conditioning only fans. Location is good… close enough to attractions.

Lovely place, fantastic area with plenty of restaurants close by, Also conveniently located near the subway to reach other areas of the city, However, the apartment is situated on a peaceful street, making it very quiet at night, The beds are comfortable, although a bit cramped when the sofa bed is extended, Ideal for a short stay if you intend to be out and about most of the time,

The apartment is very clean, cute and extremely well located, It is located in a very quiet but dark inner courtyard, Do not expect to meet real people in a real inhabited and living apartment, That's not the case here, There is only a key deposit system, Convenient but sad,

It was a good location and a good stay. The only thing I didn't like was the mattress. It had almost caved in in the middle. They had everything we needed. I didn't expect laundry facilities, but they had a little washing machine, which helped us a lot. If you travel without a vehicle, I suggest it. If you are with a vehicle, I don't suggest it because I paid 50E per day. You have to park in a public parking lot.

2/10 Terrible

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
I do not recommend it. On our first night, we discovered that the bathroom drain was clogged for showering; it flooded the entire room, and I spent the night using towels to dry everything. I contacted them immediately, but on the third night I was forced to unclog it myself just to be able to take a proper shower. We had two children with us. I am requesting a refund, but they refuse to grant it. In addition, it is advertised as a room for four people, but the sofa bed is very uncomfortable, and when it is opened, you can barely pass through to get to the bathroom — it becomes extremely cramped. Do not book this room or any property from the Belvilla group. Expedia was also not helpful in resolving the issue. I do not intend to use or recommend them again.
