Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
We are extremely disappointed. We had a security/privacy issue and we did not receive any help what so ever, even after contacting. There was a camera inside the apartment, in the living room above the sofa bed area. This goes against the law and is against vrbos policy as it clearly states any type of surveillance should not be found indoors if not stated by the owner. We were not aware that there was a camera in the apartment and this affected our safety and privacy. For all we know people were watching or listening to us during our stay. Horrible service!!
They tried to hide it with a bag covering it. Complete lack of privacy.
