Welcome to our beautiful waterfront chalet on the shores of Lake Champex with private access to the lake.

This is the ideal chalet for a wonderful summer or winter holiday with family and friends.

You'll enjoy stunning views of the lake and mountains from every room in the chalet, as well as from the two terraces and private beach.

You can cross-country ski on the lake directly from the chalet.

For downhill skiing, the first slopes are a 5-minute walk from the chalet and around 10 minutes from the La Breya chairlift.

The chalet is close to the centre and all amenities.

In summer, the barbecue on the terrace and by the lake will allow you to prepare succulent grilled meat or fish.

The chalet has 4 bedrooms for 7 people, a living room with a wood-burning fireplace, a dining room, a new fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bathroom, two washbasin WCs and a laundry room with a washing machine.

The chalet is equipped with high-speed WiFi, a 55-inch TV screen with all international TV and radio channels as well as ad-free Youtube and Netflix.

There are also 3 private parking spaces available just behind the chalet.
