Large chalet, ideally located due SOUTH, 5 minutes from SKI and close to shops, swimming pool and tennis courts, bus, easy access to the Tracouet cable car via the 'Mer de Glace' funicular. Enjoy its large terrace after skiing or in the middle of summer. Carefully decorated, warm and cozy. Kindergartens, lots of games and toboggan run 50m from the chalet, ice rink 300m. Shuttle bus next to the chalet to the gondola and to Siviez.
6-room chalet on 3 levels of 240 M2. Large interior space, living room with fireplace/cassette, new fully equipped kitchen opening onto the dining room, plenty of storage space and various appliances, separate toilet at the entrance, 5 bedrooms including one on the mezzanine, owner's bedroom 1 (2 people) large double bed with shower room, toilet and 2 sinks, Bedroom 2 double bed (2 people), Bedroom 3 a double bed (2 people), Bedroom 4 in the basement 4 bunk beds (2-4 children), Bedroom 5 on the mezzanine above the living room 2 single beds (2 people). 3 bathrooms, 4 toilets.
1 car garage + 1 space in front of garage. Flat private garden of 450M2.
Shoe drying equipment available in the garage.

Beautiful place, convenient to the town and skiing. 10 meters from the ski bus stop or a 6-7 minute walk to the gondola via the funicular.

Very nice Chalet at a great location in Nendaz

We were surprised by the great location of the Chalet which we expected to be good, but it was even better. The Chalet is located just next to the little children's lift, 3 minutes from Coop, 5 minutes from the Gondula which was enormously comfortable.

This was a very nice chalet to stay with family. The kitchen was very well equipped for all 11 of us. From a 1 year old to 74 year old. I would say though that the stairs up to the chalet are steep and inside the chalet also. They wouldn’t be very suitable fo someone very elderly or young children who might want to run around. It was fine for us though. We had a great time and François was very responsive to my questions

The chalet was nice. Would be good to have an accurate description of where to drop off in a taxi. The place itself has a difficult external and internal stair access that would be tough for older people and not shown on the photos. The host is very helpful, but for foreign visitors the lack of bin bags and clear instructions on water management, insufficient kitchen towels, washing liquid, coffee pods etc which you could expect from something in this price bracket leaves a slight sour taste. On the positive side, it is well equipped, warm, and with good equipment and kitchenware. Also, the access to the lifts and town centre are excellent, super easy to navigate.

Dear Solomon, I am a little bit disappointed by your comment. We tried to give you many informations but you did not read /answer our e-mails, two days before your arrival. I called you several times and I answered your questions every day during your stay. It' s my pleasure to help our guests. The chalet is very well located in the village at 200 m from the shops and you can put your ski on, in front of the chalet. Just cross the street and be in 8 minutes at the cable cars. The chalet is built behind a another chalet and a staircase of 43 steps drives you to the chalet. This is well mentioned in our description. You get with this location, the sun all the day on the terrace, witch is great! And it is a very quite place! The chalet is well furnished with 5 kitchen towels, washing product and two plastic bags of 60 liter fo the bins. We had never had criticism about this in the past. We do note your asking and will provide some more in the futur. Thank you for your comment and have a nice travel to Autralia.

Loved this property! It was a perfect ski chalet! We walked to go rent skis and then walked to slopes (using funicular) - could also walk to grocery store. A little sledding hill was right across from condo too! House was super cozy - beautiful views from back yard! It was a perfect stay! I’d love to go again! Host was responsive when we needed him.

The chalet was very spacious and well equipped. We found the location super because of the small slope for the sledge, the proximity of the bus stop, and the shops at walking distance. The owner is very friendly and takes his time to communicate. Contact at site was friendly and available for questions. We had a great time and we certainly want to come back again in the near future.

Wonderful Time at le Petit Prince

Wij hadden een bijzonder goede vakantie in de chalet 'Le petit prince'. De chalet is ruim, de keuken goed ingericht en de ligging zeer goed om naar de skipistes te trekken: de pendelbus stopt vlakbij en de kinderen konden sleeën op de weide tegenover de chalet. In de garage was een verwarmingstoestel voor de skibotten aanwezig. De eigenaar is zeer hulpvaardig en reageert zeer snel.

Prachtig chalet

Een mooi, comfortabel en groot chalet. We waren met drie gezinnen, genoeg ruimte voor de kinderen om te spelen. Ook fijn dat er drie badkamers zijn. De keuken is goed uitgerust en op het balkon is het heerlijk vertoeven. Tegenover het chalet een kinderweide om lekker te sleeën. Ook de skilift is vlakbij op zo'n 5-10 min lopen.

Très bon séjour

Nous étions 6 adultes et 5 petits enfants entre 5 ans et 1an1/2 et avons passé une très agréable semaine de vacances à Haute-Nendaz. La situation du chalet est parfaite, très proche de la plaine de jeux et des commerces. Le chalet est bien équipé, la déco très chaleureuse et la terrasse spacieuse et agréable, sans danger pour les petits enfants. Notre séjour s’est déroulé sous le soleil et nous avons profité pleinement de cette belle terrasse à tout moment de la journée. Un petit bémol : la chambre au 2eme sous-sol n’est pas utilisable pour des enfants en bas âge vu l’escalier très étroit et le peu de lumière extérieure.

Zeer mooi chalet, die veel ruimte biedt voor 12 personen. Van alle gemakken voorzien en goed aan te lopen naar de skilift. Er stopt trouwens ook een gratis skibus schuin voor het chalet. Een heel prettig verblijf gehad!

Exclusive New Year’s Eve stay

There were 13 of us, 8 adults, 3 children, 1 baby and the chalet was spacious enough for us. Children had a ping pong table right by the bed and were very excited. Very bright rooms and nice views from the windows of the snowy town. The funny thing was that one bedroom was above the living room and it was like one room but one floor higher. Directly opposite the chalet there is a children's hill for bobsledding and skiing - there is a lift (conveyor belt), it was ideal for us. Keep in mind that you have to go up about 30 stairs to get to the chalet. The location is really great, you can put your skiis in to the garage where you can also dry out boots and gloves and walk a short distance to the lift that take you to the resort of 4 valles. On New Year's Eve we watched fireworks from the balcony, it was a beautiful spectacle. Overall we were very excited about the whole stay.

In die Jahre gekommenes Chalet

Mitten in Nendaz, gute Lage, das Chalet hat absolut Charme, schöner Balkon mit Abendsonne. Einzelne Zimmer sehr schön. Leider aber auch in die Jahre gekommen. Im zweiten Untergeschoss, das nur über sehr enge Treppen erreichbar ist, sind die Kajütenbetten für die Kinder. Dieser Raum ist unbewohnbar, da sehr feucht, da es durch die Decke tropft. Gesundheitsschädlich und kein Tageslicht. Leider haben auch Ameisen das Chalet entdeckt, eine wahre Plage, nichts für Vegetarier...:-) Dass das Depot noch heute 3 Wochen nach der Abreise nicht überwiesen wurde, spricht Bände. Schade, wir hatten eigentlich eine gute Woche, doch unter dem Strich ein paar Enttäuschungen

Ruim en comfortabel familiechalet in overvolle regio 4 Vallees

Het chalet voldeed uitstekend, bood veel comfort en ruimte. Supermarkt vlakbij, 2 besneeuwde kinderhellingen er schuin tegenover. Te betalen zwem-en wellnessfaciliteiten in hotel 200 m verderop. Terugbetaling borg laat (te) lang op zich wachten. Nendaz is een te volgebouwde regio. In het hoogseizoen kan de Tracouet telecabine de enorme drukte niet aan. Het locale skigebied is klein en het uitgebreide skigebied van 4 Vallees met o.a. Mont Fort en Verbier is slechts via het goed centraal gelegen Siviez via een lange skiroute te bereiken.

Spacious and well equipped

A comfortable and excellently equipped chalet - warm and welcoming . The large seating area with a great open fire and a really well kitted out kitchen made it a perfect stay for our two families.
