The apartment is arranged over two floors connected by a bespoke wooden staircase and comprises of 5 bedrooms, 3 bath/shower rooms, guest WC, television room, study and double height gallery, lounge and dining areas. Access to the apartment is via lift from the chalet's private garage below, which has two parking spaces allocated for the apartment's exclusive use, as well as a ski room and heated boot room. There is also a separate, private laundry room for the exclusive use of Adélaïde "9" guests.

Grimentz and the Val d'Anniviers have great, snow-sure skiing to which we have ski-in/ski-out access from a beautiful property perfect for families in an unspoiled, traditional, medieval Swiss alpine village full of charm and character.
The Val d’Anniviers enjoys one of the longest winter ski seasons in the Swiss Alps as well as clocking up the best sunshine records in the region. It’s a ‘win/win’ for skiers, snowboarders, cross country skiers and other winter sport enthusiasts. From Grimentz there are over 220km of ski runs in total with a mixture of open pistes and forest runs.
There is also a vast amount of off-piste skiing and ski-touring for the more experienced skier and Grimentz is also one of the very few Alpine resorts where you can heliski from the village itself. The helipad gives you access to some stunning high alpine descents - Monte Rosa, Pigne d'Arolla and Aeshhorn amongst 42 possible drop locations.
