Chalet Ceilidh(Kaylee) is one of the few privately owned luxury chalets available to rent in Zinal. The Chalet is a blend of contemporary decor and Alpine charm using local timber,old wood and exposed stone yet has all the creature comforts expected of a modern home. Beautifully designed and furnished with sumptuous soft furnishings surrounding the glass fronted log fire, the chalet also features a hot tub on a large south facing sun deck and indoor sauna with large walk-in rainfall shower. Relax on the south facing deck and enjoy the sun and crystal clear air or snuggle up by the fire with a glass of wine and good book? Escape to the large comfy leather sofas on the Mezzanine to catch up on work or a great place for children to play games or watch movies on flat screen TV, play station 3, iPod dock.
The chalet sleeps up to eight guests in four double/twin bedrooms and is self catering giving you the option to enjoy preparing meals in the very well equipped modern kitchen or dining out in one of the many excellent local restaurants.
Zinal is a charming, friendly and peaceful yet vibrant Swiss mountain. Linked directly to Grimentz it offers access to the 220km of ski runs that make up the Val D'Anniviers ski area. It is perfect for family skiing and boasts extensive off piste for the more adventurous.
Lift queues are rare, the pistes are uncrowded, the scenery is breathtaking and skiing simply superb!
In Summer it is a haven for outdoor activities and those who enjoy nature. There are many hiking and biking trails to discover and mountain huts to explore.

Well behaved dogs accepted with prior permission at CHF 30 per dog to cover additional cleaning which will be deducted from the damage deposit .
All rubbish and recycling must be removed from the chalet to avoid additional cleaning costs at CHF 45 per hour.
Every effort is made to maintain all the equipment in the chalet however we can not be held responsible for any sudden failure.

A gem in the Alps!

We spent a magical holiday over Christmas at Chalet Ceilidh! This charming property surpasses expectation and the location is perfect for an authentic Swiss alpine holiday: easy access to downhill and nordic skiing and winter hiking trails. Highly recommended!

Very cozy Chalet with top equipment

The Chalet CeilidhI is a wonderful place for recreation. It is very tastefully furnished and decorated, so you feel at home from the very first moment. In addition it offers top equipment, e.g. the kitchen leaves nothing to be desired, even if your are an ambitious cook. So you have to decide to go on the slopes for skiing or rather spend the whole day in a wonderful cozy place. :-) We were a group of 7 adults plus 2 dogs and prepared most meals in the Chalet and only had one day out in a restaurant. The fireplace, the whirlpool and the terrace add to the enjoyment. On-site and remote (from the owners) service and communication were excellent.

Une des plus belles locations à Zinal depuis 20 ans que j’y emmène mes « enfants » maintenant adultes et accompagnés que ce soit en hiver ou été. Chalet spacieux bien conçu et super équipé! Hot tube et sauna appréciés au retour de balade! Quand à Zinal, son cachet et ses montagnes je suis tombée sous le charme enfant et 50 ans plus tard j’y reviens avec toujours autant de plaisir !

Zeer mooi gelegen en onderhouden chalet ;modern en aangenaam ingericht. Met 8 personen een top verblijf gehad , zeer de moeite waard. Dankzij de hoogte van Zinal , geen extreme temperaturen! Eén minpuntje is de tafel op het terras : iéts te klein voor 8 volwassenen.

Chalet de luxe au calme parfait pour réunion de famille

Nous avons loué ce chalet pour réunir nos 3 enfants avec leurs amis/amie et ce chalet était l‘endroit idéal. Cuisine professionnelle, jacuzzi et sauna très appréciés après le ski, salon cosy et chambres confortables. Terrasse ensoleillée parfaite pour les non skieurs! Séjour en famille très réussi. Luxuschalet an ruhiger Lage

Schönes geräumiges Luxuschalet an bester Lage nahe Zentrum und Supermarkt und doch ruhig gelegen. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für schöne Wanderungen ins Tal und auf Berggipfel und Höhenweg 2000m -2800m hoch. Nach einem Wandertag kann man im Whirlpool auf der schönen Terrasse herrlich entspannen und die schöne Bergsicht geniessen. Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet mit sehr gutem Herd und Ofen ideal zum Kochen. Das Wohnzimmer ist sehr geräumig, gemütlich und hell. Die Schlafzimmer sind gemütlich und besitzen alle ein eigenes Bad oder Dusche. Es gibt 2 Parkplätze vor dem Haus. Der Preis ist absolut gerechtfertigt, man bekommt dafür viel Luxus. Es gibt im OG einen separaten Fernsehbereich ideal auch für Jugendliche.

The real recreation

The chalet offers all you need for a perfect stay away from home. You have space enough (4 bedrooms), wonderful amenities like jacuzzi, sauna, an open fireplace and a private sundeck. The interior design and the decor is breathtaking. You'll find a perfect kitchen with a wonderful oven, a food center with ice cube maker, etc. The view to the mountains is stunning!

Ein traumhaftes "Weihnachtshaus"

Chalet Ceilidh ist eines der schönsten Ferienhäuser, in dem wir (eine Familie mit zwei inzwischen erwachsenen Töchtern) jemals waren. Nicht nur die Ausstattung war absolut perfekt, auch war es super sauber und urgemütlich! Ganz besonders freute uns, dass sogar ein wunderschöner echter Christbaum im Wohnzimmer auf uns wartete (neben einigen kleinen Weihnachtsgeschenken), da wir Weihnachten hier feiern wollten. Wir liebten das Kochen an einem tollen riesengroßen Induktionsherd, das Ratschen am offenen Kamin (es war mehr als genug Holz vor der Hüttn) und den Whirlpool auf der Terrasse. Durch große Fenster hat man einen wunderschönen Blick auf die Berge und bei Sonne ( wir hatten durchgehend schönes Wetter) saßen wir sogar im tiefen Winter auf unheimlich bequemen und mit Fellen ausgestatteten Stühlen draußen.

Ein ausgezeichnetes Chalet, wir haben es sehr genossen! Alles neu, sehr edel, tolle Küche, wirklich vollständige Ausstattung, schöne Bäder, hier muss man sich wohlfühlen! Und durch die Lage traumhaft ruhig. Dave als Betreuer grossartig. Kleines Minus, die Raumduftspender in allen Räumen, das ist mir zuviel, habe sie in die Garage verbannt. Fazit: Immer wieder!
