Wonderful villa surrounded by a delightful orange garden. very close to the beautiful beach of salinelle known all over the world for its wild beauty, it is still virgin and preserves the native vegetation intact. It is not unusual in fact, during the summer months, to see the white lilies of the sea bloom among the numerous sand dunes covered with large 'zabare', a species of spontaneous protected flora, typical of the area.

Awesome place

The property was excellent. The property manager did a great job accommodating all our requests. We were three adults, three kids, (though with visitors we got up to 5 adults and 4 kids). It was great for 2 weeks. Short walk to the beach. Nice restaurant down the street. 5 min drive to supermarket. 10 min drive to Cefalu. Great garden for kids. The kitchen had everything. Yes, there are no supplies provided, but it's easy to get to the supermarket to collect things. There's also an apartment upstairs, but everything is pretty separate. Highly recommend.

Ausgeschrieben ist hier eine Villa. Letztendlich besteht die Villa aus zwei Ferienwohnungen, eine oben und eine unten. Wir haben die untere Wohnung bezogen. Das GrundstĂŒck ist schön gestaltet. Die Wohnung selbst ist leider sehr abgewohnt und nicht sauber gewesen (Bilder im Anhang). Es befanden sich zahlreiche Blutflecken an der Wand. Diese wurden teilweise mit Aufklebern versucht zu ĂŒberdecken. In der Dusche bildete sich bereits Schimmel. Die Kommunikation bezĂŒglich des Check-In gestaltete sich ebenfalls sehr schwierig. Anweisungen wie wir ins Haus gelangen, erhielten wir einen Tag vor Ankunft. Es heiß, es wĂŒrde bei Anreise ein Mitarbeiter vor Ort sein, der den Check in durchfĂŒhrt. Nach zahlreichen Nachrichten meinerseits, kam dieser erst 3! Tage spĂ€ter. Anweisungen zum Check-out gab es ebenfalls nicht. Die dazugebuchten HandtĂŒchter hatten leider teilweise ebenfalls Flecken. Pro Bett waren zwei kleine Kopfkissen vorhanden. Eine richtige Bettdecke gab es nicht. Leider entsprach der Aufenthalt nicht unserer Vorstellung.

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohlgefĂŒhlt.Der Strand "Spiaggia Gorgo Lungo" ist in der NĂ€he und Empfehlenswert.Mit einen Auto ist man gut beraten, da sonst doch alles weit weg ist. Auch sehr zu Empfehlen in nur wenigen Laufminuten die Bar "A chiana".Es befinden sich 2 Ferienwohnungen in diesem Haus, wir hatten die untere. Nachbarn waren nicht zu hören. Auf Reklamationen ist die Vermieterin sofort eingegangen.Minuspunkte:- wie in Italy ĂŒblich Strom, BettwĂ€sche usw. muss seperat bezahlt werden (bei uns ca. 10 Tage 250,-).- Nur ein SchlĂŒssel, wir waren 2 Paare, eins geht aus, das andere bleibt zuhause. Man hat keien Zutritt mehr auf das GrundstĂŒck. Und muss die anderen anrufen.Also Empfehlung meinerseits.

TrĂšs belle villa avec beau jardin et proche de la mer (environ 10mn Ă  pied)Les points nĂ©gatifs :- trĂšs peu de vaisselle (mĂȘme pour 6)- cafetiĂšre pour 2 personnes seulement- absence de grille-pain (toaster amenĂ© sur demande)- obligation de tout acheter en arrivant car il n'y a absolument rien dans les placards. La plupart des locataires venant en avion, ils laissent forcĂ©ment quelques indispensables (sel, poivre, huile, liquide vaisselle, Ă©ponge ... entre autres), ce que nous avons fait d'ailleurs.- l'annonce prĂ©cise "villa entiĂšre" or il y a un appartement louĂ© au dessus

Villa trÚs bien placée, calme, parking pouvant accueillir 3 voitures, à 300 m d'une plage sauvage et propre, supermarché à 5 minutes en voiture trÚs pratique pour les courses, proche de Cefalu.Villa propre, climatisée, literie confortable, jardin et terrasse agréables. Point d'attention absent de l'annonce sauf dans un avis : la villa comprend 2 appartements, un au RDC (3 chambres, 2 salles de bain) et un à l'étage.

Beautiful House and Grounds

Our stay was wonderful, very nice host Rosario and Sara the neighbor were fantastic. Rosario even took us to the market bc we didn’t have car. Walked to several great restaurants and to the beach. Would definitely recommend a car though for next trip as going to places like Marsala was quite expensive in a taxi/car service. Cefalu was much closer and train was also close but scheduling was a little difficult for late return times. All in all, a great experience

Tolles Haus. Netter Vermieter. Alles perfekt. Jederzeit wieder.

Alles so wie es in einem Urlaub sein sollte. Es sind zwei Ferienwohnungen in dem Haus, hat uns aber nicht gestört.

Aufenthalt ist in Ordnung !

Aufenthalt ist gut, Lage sehr schön, Ausstattung des Hauses ist alles dabei was man braucht. Was hingegen ein wenig bitter schmeckt, aber das ist in Italien ĂŒblich, sind die versteckten Kosten! Bett- und KĂŒchenwĂ€sche, was ĂŒblich dazu gehört, Kosten extra fĂŒr jeden Bewohner. Kosten fĂŒr die Energie, was auch ĂŒblich sein sollte, Koten fĂŒr jeden Bewohner und pro Tag auch extra. Die Klimaanlage kann nicht immer laufen, lĂ€uft mit einem SchlĂŒssel. Um die HaustĂŒre zu schliessen brauchst du den SchlĂŒssel musst der SchlĂŒssel der Klimaanlage genommen werden, da der HausschlĂŒssel am SchlĂŒssel und am Garagentor *plombiert* ist! D.h., du kommst NICHT aus dem GrundstĂŒck raus wenn du die Klima nicht abstellst! Ist zwar clever gelöst, dient aber dem Kunden nicht! Schliesslich haben wir fĂŒr die Energie "EXTRA" bezahlt! Sollte mit den EigentĂŒmer unbedingt gelöst werden...

A very well designed and located property which was well equipped. We appreciated being close to a train station and the beach. The nearby restaurants were very good. It was a great base for hiking in the Madonie mountains. The property information online seemed to suggest we were renting the whole house rather than just the ground floor. We recommend this being clearer for future clients.

Schöner Familienurlaub

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Die KĂŒche war bestens mit Kochutensilien ausgestattet. Nur an Salz, Pfeffer etc. mangelte es. Das mĂŒsste man sich mitbringen oder die GewĂŒrze vor Ort neu kaufen. Das Haus befindet sich in schöner Lage fußlĂ€ufig zum Meer.

Tolle Wohnung, sehr familienfreundlich

Wir haben mit unseren 4 Kindern zwei Wochen in dieser schönen Wohnung verbracht. Der Garten ist wunderbar gepflegt mit diversen OrangenbĂ€umen. Das GrundstĂŒck ist zusammen mit einem Nachbarhaus rundum umzĂ€unt, was mit Kindern Ă€usserst praktisch ist und auch Sicherheit vermittelt. Beim Check-In ist der Betrag fĂŒr BettwĂ€sche/TĂŒcher in Bar zu entrichten. Das Haus ist minimalistisch ausgestattet, dafĂŒr sehr sauber. GeschirrtĂŒcher, Putzlappen, SchwĂ€mme, GeschirrspĂŒlmittel, Handseide, GewĂŒrze etc. sind nicht vorhanden. Auch eine Flasche Wasser ist nicht im Haus anzutreffen bei Ankunft. Sollte man also zu Randzeiten eintreffen, tut man gut daran, genĂŒgend Wasser fĂŒr die ersten 24h dabei zu haben. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter erfolgte per SMS relativ zuverlĂ€ssig. FusslĂ€ufig sind zwei Restaurants und ein Supermarkt zu erreichen. Der Strand ist ca. 400m entfernt und besteht aus feinen Kieselsteinen. Das wunderschöne StĂ€dtchen CefalĂč erreicht man mit dem Auto in gut 10min. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Tolles Haus, absolut zu empfehlen!

Absolut schöne Villa mit drei Schlafzimmern und zwei BĂ€dern. Abgeschlossenes GrundstĂŒck (Parkplatz auf dem GrundstĂŒck, Tor mit Fernbedienung) wunderschöner gepflegter Garten ( ZitrusbĂ€ume, StrĂ€ucher, grĂŒner gepflegter Rasen ). Direkt neben dem GrundstĂŒck verlĂ€uft der Weg zum Strand, der in der ganzen Zeit nahezu menchenleer war. Kieselstrand. Zwei Restaurants fusslĂ€ufig erreichbar, eines gehört dem Vermieter und man kann sehr schön und gut dort essen. Supermarkt auch fusslĂ€ufig erreichbar, ebnso der Bahnhof fĂŒr AusflĂŒge nach Palermo ( Fahrzeit 35 Min.) Es kann sein, dass die im Obergeschoss befindliche Wohnung ebenfalls vermietet ist, dann sind die ĂŒblichen GerĂ€usche ( wie StĂŒhlerĂŒcken manchmal etwas störend, weil recht laut). Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und auch der Kontakt zur Agentur war super. Wir können das Haus absolut empfehlen.

Casa meravigliosa!

La villetta Ăš bellissima, molto curata soprattutto per ciĂČ che concerne lo spazio esterno: giardino e patio meravigliosi, spaziosi e molto curati, con alberi di fiori e frutta molto molto belli, sdraio, un grande tavolo comodo e barbecue. Uniche pecche: una quantitĂ  quasi insopportabile di formiche sia sul patio esterno che nel bagno con finestra; scarso pentolame a disposizione e di materiali di primissima necessitĂ  che potrebbero risultare utili al cliente che arrivando non ha la possibilitĂ  immediata di recarsi a fare la spesa; “idromassaggio” esterno non utilizzabile a causa dell’acqua rimasta all’interno di cattivo odore, probabilmente non cambiata. Al di lĂ  di queste piccole cose, consigliamo veramente il soggiorno in questa casa bellissima con un giardino raro da trovare!

Mooi huisje met een fantastische veranda. Fijn dat er last-minuten op het gebied van taxi's nog veel geregeld kon worden. Alleen het inchecken was een beetje chaotisch al kwam dat ook door onze eerdere aankomst.

Fantastica villa bifamigliare

Abbiamo trovato il personale serio, disponibile, chiaro nella presentazione della villetta e dei servizi offerti, tutto pulito, ben curato di nuova costruzione, come descritto, un'ampio terrazzo coperto con tende mobili per riparare dal sole mattutino per godersi la colazione al sorgere del sole e godersi la visuale dell'ampio giardino con aranci a pranzo a cena. Tutti i servizi disponibili, luogo molto tranquillo, vicino a delle belle spiagge libere e servite che si possono raggiungere tranquillamente a piedi. Si consiglia la possibilitĂ  dell'auto propria o a noleggio per raggiungere i fantastici luoghi siciliani vicini e lontani, nel complesso CafalĂč Ăš risultato la cittĂ  piĂč quotata, valutando nel complesso, spiaggia, mare, divertimenti, servizi e bellezza del paese. Spero di potere ritornare il prima possibile per vivere e visitare un'altro angolo della bellissima Sicilia.

Very nice owners, great location with a walking distance to the beach

House is very comfortable with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, small kitchen and an air condition. It has a great location for people looking for a quiet with a local atmosphere vacation. It is close to the beach - 5 minutes walk, where are not a lot of people which is rare in Italy:) Close to shops, walking distance to the restaurants and the train station going to Palermo. Perfect solution! The owners are very sweet and helpful, they can give very good advise what to visit around and where to eat. It was a perfect vacation!

Maison moderne et fonctionnelle... qui manque un peu de charme.

Maison moderne et fonctionnelle. Jardin trÚs bien entretenu agrémenté d'un jacuzzi agréable en fin de journée aprÚs ma plage. Avec sueurs froides à l'arrivée : personne pour nous accueillir. On a du sonner chez la voisine qui nous a accompagné chez les propriétaires. Un peu curieux !!!

Bellissima struttura!!!

Proprietari disponibili e attenti alle esigenze di chi soggiorna in questa villetta dotata di tutti i comfort. Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia qualche settimana fa. Struttura ben arredata e curata negli interni, cosĂŹ come negli spazi esterni. Ampio spazio esterno con prato curato e piscina idromassaggio ad uso esclusivo di chi soggiorna. A pochi minuti a piedi da un accesso privato a mare e a qualche minuto di macchina da Lascari, piccolo centro abitato. Ottima pizza nel ristorante - pizzeria " La voce del mare" a 1 km circa dalla struttura.

Lovely villa in Sicily

Three of us stayed in this villa for 2 weeks and very much enjoyed our stay. The few questions or problems we encountered were minor (non-functioning toaster) and dealt with immediately. It is located outside a small town, but we had a car rented and drove to various places during our stay and took the train one day to Palermo (about 1 hour) to avoid city driving. The train station is a short walk from the villa. We ate in quite a bit as there was a supermarket handy, but there are two good restaurants a short walk away. Well-managed property with friendly, helpful hosts.

Toller Urlaub auf Sizilien

Das Haus und der Garten ist wirklich schön und gepflegt. Die Duschen haben nicht ganz ĂŒberzeugt, aber waren in Ordnung. Ein paar mehr Tassen wĂ€ren unbedingt notwendig! Der Strand ist zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Der Supermarkt in der NĂ€he war nicht so toll, aber in Cefalu konnte man gut einkaufen. Der Kontakt zur Agentur bzw. Rosario war unkompliziert und freundlich. Fazit: Wir wĂŒrden wieder hinfahren.
