Sea holiday home in Sicily near Cefalù
Rent 1 bedroom apartment on the 1st floor (stairs) in a private residence in Lascari, two hundred meters from the sea.
The house consists of a bedroom with double bed, a bathroom with shower, a living room with sofa bed, a loft with two beds, a small terrace covered by a pergola and the ground floor a 100 sqm garden with gazebo.
The beach, with a large beach, can be reached on foot in 5 minutes.
The residence can be reached by car, from the Palermo-Catania or Palermo-Messina motorway (Cefalù exit), or by train. Lascari Train Station is just 500 meters from the residence.
The residence is located about 8 km from Cefalù, while on the nearby Madonie you can visit the towns of Gratteri (20 min.), Collesano (30 min.), Castelbuono (40 min.). In 45 minutes you can reach Palermo.
The town of Lascari is only 10 minutes away.
You will like it for the location: between the sea, to the north, and the mountain to the south and a breeze that also mitigates the hottest summer ((but only for apartments like mine on the first floor! ).
My house is suitable for couples, solitary adventurers and families (with children).

la casa è esattamente come nella foto, pulita, accogliente e dotata di tutti i confort necessari per il soggiorno. Si trova all'interno di un residence molto tranquillo e a pochi minuti a piedi dal mare. spiaggia grande senza caos e con un mare pulitissimo. I proprietari sono gentilissimi ed estremamente cortesi e disponibili.
Durante il nostro soggiorno all'interno del residence è stata aperta anche una piscina.

Très bon séjour à Lascari & Cefalù
Petit appartement bien agencé, proche de la mer et à 10 minutes à pieds de la station de train Lascari. Parking pour la voiture à l’entrée du lotissement. L’appartement est climatisé et il y a la machine à laver. Deux grands lits (1 canapé lit), et deux lits de 90.
Si vous venez en février, peut être verrez vous la neige sicilienne depuis la chambre : vous êtes entre mer et montagnes.
Et oui, Vincenzo et sa femme sont très sympathiques! Merci pour mon petit séjour

L'accueil des propriétaires est très sympa et chaleureux. Merci à eux. Aucune surprise sur la location qui correspond parfaitement au descriptif et aux photos. Parfait pour 4 personnes. Idéalement placé à 5mn à pied de la mer. Grandes surfaces a 5mn en voiture avec tout ce qu'il faut. Environnement familial et agréable. Nous avons découvert la Sicile avec grand plaisir : beaucoup de choses à voir et à découvrir. Nous revenons ravis et vous conseillons cette location.
