The apartment is located on the main beach of Campofelice, a beautiful long and mainly sandy beach with many services available during the summer such as private beaches, bars, mini market, inflatable games for children, all within short walking distances.
Restaurants are also just a few steps away from the apartment as well as a public swimming pool (available in summer, not included). The area is generally quite calm all year long except in summer (especially July and August and beginning of September) when it gets animated thanks to the bars and amenities nearby which offers shows and music throughout the day and in the evenings.

The apartment offers a superb SEA VIEW from its large terrace, equipped with table & chairs and sun beds and Free Wi-Fi. It can accommodate up to 6 adults and a baby (a cot is available on request). A private parking space is reserved for your personal use so you will not have any problem to park your car even during the summer.
The garden is beautifully filled with finely shaped Mediterranean plants and trees, a patio, benches, a small decorating bridge and a fountain, nicely illuminated in the evening. The garden is fenced and safe for children and it's shared only with the other 2 apartments downstairs which are usually occupied by the owners only during week-ends or summer months.

Cefalù is at only 10 minutes driving and Palermo at 30 minutes (mostly motorway). The main motorway junction is at ONLY 5 KM from the villa. This will allow you to organize many daily excursion to most places on the island such as the Etna, Agrigento, Siracusa, Messina, Trapani, Catania.
The apartment is ideal for people looking for a peace and quiet sea side holiday during the LOW-MID SEASONS or an active beach holiday during the HIGH SEASON thanks to the animation and bars nearby.
The apartment is good for 2 couples travelling together or for family with teenagers willing to have some animations nearby. The apartment is also safe for children. The apartment is located just next of the Villa Paradise (also advertised on this website, please ask us for the link) so it’s ideal if you are a large group wishing to spend your holiday renting a place next to each other.

OUR EMERGENCY CANCELLATION POLICY WILL GIVE YOU RIGHT TO CHOOSE ONE OF THE FOLLOWING OPTIONS:
• 70% REFUND
We will refund 70% of the advance payments, plus you keep 100% of the final payment due on arrival
• 100% CREDIT
You will get a credit of 100% of the paid amounts at the time of cancellation which you can use to reschedule your reservation at any time, up to one year from the original dates, PLUS :
• The credit can be transferred to a friend or relative in case you are unable to use it
• Price is locked, in case the rates increase before you confirm the new dates
• You can exchange the credit with a refund up to 70%* should you change your mind or be forced to cancel again

The Emergency Cancellation Policy set above will be applied only if emergency travel restrictions are officially in place in either your Country or in Sicily and it’s valid up to 30 days before the arrival date (extendable by paying an extra, please contact us for more info), after that we may still consider a partial refund/credit, to be determined case by case. The policy may be exceptionally applied also for flight cancelled by the carrier due to sanitary emergency, subject to our approval (evidences will be required). Refunds and credits refer to paid amounts except any website’s booking/service/administrative fees (which are refunded at the website’s discretion). The policy is valid for bookings in 2021.
*The exchange for a refund will be available until 90 days from the new booking’s arrival date. The amount of the refund will decrease progressively from 70% to 20% as the 90 days limit approaches.
