The inside is tired, carpets in some areas lose and dirty, some walls grubby, previous leak in ceiling corner of lounge needs attention, suspect leak caused by shower above which does not drain properly and fills up. Sitting room lacks sitting space as sofa very small. If you were at full occupancy I am not sure how everyone would sit to watch TV. On arrival greeted by an over flowing bin outside front door that had attracted numerous flies and wasps and smelt extremely unpleasant. There was no lid so it was quite disgusting. Parking space extremely small unless you drive a small hatchback. A neighbour came across to warn us about another neighbour who owns the car parking space next to the allotted space and warned us he can become very hostile so "be careful". Its not that close to the centre of Harrogate. So if you struggle with a walk this is not for you. All in all very overpriced for what it was. Pictures do not show how tired it is. We have stayed in far nicer places for less.
