Our beach experience is subject to changes influenced by Mother Nature. During these periods, access to the beach from our property may need to be temporarily closed due to high water levels. This situation is typically observed in the winter months and rarely in the summer.

As avid snorkelers and scuba divers, we seek calm, clear waters. We assess the daily conditions to decide on the beach to visit. I can provide you with the link to access daily beach conditions, just ask.
We have world class beaches a short distance north and south of us. I've compiled a comprehensive book in the condo that describes these beaches, helping you choose based on your preferences, such as snorkeling, swimming, walking, body surfing, quiet, busy etc. The information book also includes a description and list of our favorite restaurants in the area, nearby hikes, and other activities, which our guests have found immensely helpful!




Hawaii Taxes collected are GET of 4.712%, TAT of 10.25% and Maui county 3%. These are all included in quoted price.

The only additional costs that are not included are a $18day parking fee, which is paid at the resort upon arrival

Little piece of paradise

Rented Keri’s property April 2-10 and loved every moment. This property has it all! Fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, bathroom toiletries, beach equipment and did I mention the view? Our first morning I saw a whale while enjoying my morning coffee on the lanai, plus all the turtle sightings. Keri provided detailed information on places to visit, eat, etc. The property staff are all very friendly and there is even a concierge on site to provide island tour options, either on your own or with a tour provider. I couldn’t have asked for a better vacation. I only wish I could have stayed longer.

Keri’s place is the perfect everything! She has this apt packed with literally anything you could possibly need from beach chairs, toys, snorkels, to 2 different coffee makers, to a crazy amount of towels, to the the 5-6 different charging stations around the apt, this is just naming a few things! Can’t forget about the VIEW! The outdoor table was amazing to dine at! Great communication and seamless check in and check out!

We could not have found a better place to stay and celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary. The condo was even better than the photos and had so many amenities to make us feel at home. Can't say enough positive words about this stay. Location, accommodation, and host. Would gladly stay again if we return to Maui. Above and beyond!

This property was all that was described and then some. It was very well stocked with everyday necessities and very clean. My husband and I were more than pleased with this condo. The view out the lanai was beautiful…we saw whales everyday! Keri was very good at staying in contact with me. She made sure we arrived ok and everything was to our liking. Would highly recommend staying here! If we ever get the chance to come back to Maui we would definitely stay here again.

From the minute we walked in, this rental was 5 stars. It was immaculate, and the owners have provided everything we needed and more! There are beach toys in a closest, a whole binder of information about the surrounding area with food and activity suggestions, and a box of chocolates waiting on the counter :) I was worried about not seeing any whales since the season was just about over, but within 5 minutes of sitting the beautiful balcony, there they were! We had the most lovely time, we just returned a couple of days ago and our stay was perfect. This condo is very convenient to the beaches for swimming and snorkeling. The unit is in a large complex but you would never know it. We never heard any noises from our neighbors. The view was wonderful and very relaxing. I would highly recommend this condo. The attention to detail shows, loved that you thought to supply a Keurig with coffee! Very nice of you to supply beach chairs, snorkel gear and towels. The bed was very comfortable and the condo overall, spacious. We hope to be able to visit again!

This condo was the cleanest condo we have ever stayed in while in Maui. The owner was very good to deal with. This condo had above and beyond what we have ever had in renting a condo here. Luxury towels, mats, sheets, all beach amenities, every utensil you would have in your own kitchen, along with good dishes and silverware. Stocked with spices, coffee, paper towel, tea, etc. Very tastefully decorated and the best part of the condo was the oceanfront view. We wished there was a beach right out front ,as we always had to pack up and drive to a beach. Also, we never had the sun on the lanai due to the location of the condo. True Paradise...

This was the best condo we've ever stayed in anywhere. Keri put so much thought into the amenities she stocks, and the unit is truly better than the pictures can even represent online. We enjoyed watching the whales from the lanai each day, and got some fabulous videos. Having the book of recommended restaurants and beaches was fantastic since this was our first trip to Maui. I must say that Keri was such a kind and caring hostess. She reached out immediately to obtain our flight information so she knew exactly when we would be arriving and departing. When she heard of a power issue on the island, she reached out again to ensure we knew where flashlights were in case we needed them (we didn't). She also kindly accommodated a later check out as she was able to since our departure was so late. I would recommend this condo to anyone staying on Maui. You couldn’t ask for anything better from these owners. They had stocked the condo with everything you could want or ask for. The furnishings and bedding were perfect. There were a couple things we had a little issue with. There is no direct access to the beach. You have to walk down the street passing several other resorts and snake between them to get to the water. It was obvious this stretch of beach is not maintained as it was dirty and not very desirable. The other issue was unruly children. It was quite noisy at night with children/teens being loud and running up and down the hall. This is a parent problem not one of the owners but worth disclosing. All in all the accommodations were top notch and we would consider a return visit.

Paradise and Everything else you can hope for!

We just returned from Maui. It isn't often that your living arrangements for the week find their way on to the highlight reel for the vacation, but in this case, the condo was a much more than a 10/10. Prior to arrival, I had questions that Keri quickly responded to and was extremely kind & friendly in responses. The check in process at the Royal Kahana was seamless and everyone at the facility was wonderful. It was easy to find, parking was never an issue and the pool area was great.AND then you walk into the Oasis that Keri has created. Keri literally forgot nothing when setting up this condo. It is stocked with anything that you could ever want or need. It is beautifully updated with comfortable furniture and the bed might be the most comfortable bed that I have ever slept in! The sunset on the lanai every night is worth a million dollars and being able to wake up listening to the waves is priceless. We were pleasantly surprised what is within walking distance. Across the street is a McDonald's along with a Whalers General Store and about a 1/2 a block down is a strip mall that has a great little hometown style bar called Dollies. The locals belly up and they are extremely friendly to the tourists and happy hour was CHEAP! We walked 2 condos down and had breakfast around the pool at Captain Jack's. Breakfast was reasonably priced and very good. If we make it to Maui again, We will definitely be staying here again! Thank you for the best week ever!

Best vacation ever

Let me start by saying that this was the first time I have ever rented a condo and I could not have hoped for a better experience. My family and I have always opted to stay at luxury resorts usually in the Caribbean (we live in the NY Metropolitan area) but with the devastation caused by the recent hurricanes, decided to change things up and travel to Hawaii for the period between Christmas and New Years. Keri was an absolute pleasure to deal with before, during, and after the rental period. She responded to all of my inquiries (phone and email) almost immediately and gave me a very high comfort level putting my mind at ease. Keri's advice on restaurants, activities, and beaches was priceless and helped to make our vacation that much more special. The condo was immaculate and exactly as described on VRBO. Every utensil, cup, appliance, etc. was spotless and in excellent working condition. The unit was well stocked with all needed comfort items (soap, shampoo, detergent, K-cups, etc) - there was no need to supplement any of these items on our own. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable (we slept soundly - maybe having something to due to the pleasant sound of the waves crashing ashore). The A/C & WiFi worked well as did the other appliances. The view from the condo is incredible. Keri even left a pair of binoculars for our use which helped us to see the many humpback whales breaching practically right outside of the balcony. This condo is very quiet - we did not hear any of our neighbors. Royal Kahana is perfectly situated between Lahaina and Kapalua and enabled us to explore the island easily. We did take advantage of the onsite concierge who helped to book a luau and sunset sailing cruise - both were terrific. I could go on and on about our stay but suffice it to say that this was perhaps my family's best vacation ever. I would not hesitate to rent from Keri again as she provided a most pleasant experience. Mahalo Keri !

This was our first time in Maui. This Condo has an amazing view with well decked kitchen clean interiors and overall a very positive vibe. Keri is super friendly, accommodating and easy to reach out. We loved our stay in this Condo. We will for sure go back!

We live in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. The most important thing in our lives is our family. We have two wonderfully bright, kind children. They are no doubt, my greatest accomplishment! I am truly blessed! Our eldest child graduated Magna-Cum-Laude from Harvey Mudd College in Physics and Math. He is teaching and pursuing his doctorate in Physics at UC Berkeley. Our daughter is a BSN,RN in a stem-cell transplant unit. Our family is musically oriented. My son is an accomplished upright bass player, with a passion for symphonic music. My husband is an awesome guitarist. My daughter is full of rhythm, is a percussionist and loves to dance. My husband and I grew up on barbershop harmony (a-cappella) and we have passed that down to our kids. In our free time, my husband and I play in a 60's-80's rock n' roll band., We love to hike with our two cockapoo's, camp in our RV, golf, snorkel and scuba dive. Why they chose this property

My husbands parents purchased a condo at the Royal Kahana in 1986. We had vacationed here yearly since then. We loved the area and the complex so much that we worked hard and saved to purchase our own in 2001. We now own this unit as well. We love that we have a beach out front to swim, love the view from our lanai and we even have turtles that come up on our beach. It's not a busy area, which we really enjoy. Beach conditions can change daily, so we love that the best snorkeling beaches are a quick 5-10 min drive north and/or south of us and we can easily find the best beach to hit with the best conditions. Additionally, you can't beat the gorgeous sunsets and the night sky is incredible , all right from the comfort of our lanai.

Comfortable high-end Tempur-Pedic Cal King mattress, High-end appliances, furnishings, linens, and supplies. Designed for comfort and convenience. Condo contains more than just the necessities. This is our home away from home. We have put a lot of love, time and resources into our condo, not only so we can enjoy our time here, but we want to help make the most out of your time on Maui. as well. When I design and/or remodel, function is my number one priority. The details are really important to me as it makes the entire picture more beautiful and everyday things just flow. There may be many things that you don't even notice in our condo, but thought went into everything we have done. We truly want our guests to have a great time, so it's worth it to us to provide the best!
