Welcome to Ca Villa Esmeralda, a new construction in a residential area in the volcanic heart of the island, in the town of Yaiza at the gates of Timanfaya Park.



This beautiful house is located right at the entrance of one of the most important volcanic parks in the world, Timanfaya Park, where its landscapes and colors will transport you to the moon.

Yaiza stands out for its volcanic environment and one of the most beautiful towns on the island.

From here the most spectacular vineyard area in the world, La Geria, is just 5 minutes away by car, where you will travel through unusual places and taste the local wine in its wonderful wineries along the route.



Ca Villa Esmeralda is a semi-detached house with a beautiful garden with local gerias, a corner with an outdoor sofa to enjoy the colors of the sunset and a table to enjoy lunch or dinner outdoors.



All the rooms in the house face the outside, providing natural light in all spaces.



Inside you will find a modern and contemporary space, with comfortable furniture and neutral colors with natural elements. Minimalist and simple, but very cozy, you will find everything you need to feel at home.



The house consists of two floors that are connected by stairs. On the first floor there is a pleasant living room, with its Smart TV and comfortable sofa. An extendable table for 6 people, a fully equipped independent kitchen, a room with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower and an outdoor laundry area with a washing machine and a clothesline.



In the kitchen you have all kinds of appliances: induction ceramic hob, refrigerator and freezer, oven, dishwasher, classic Italian coffee maker, filter coffee maker, capsule coffee maker, juicer, minipimer, toaster, water heater for tea and a complete set of dishes with all the details. It also has a bench-table and two chairs.



On the upper floor, you will find two double bedrooms, one with a double bed and large wardrobes and a balcony, and another bedroom with two single beds and direct access to the magnificent terrace with two comfortable sofas. Here you can enjoy views of the residential complex against the backdrop of volcanoes and a magnificent sunset. On this floor, between the two bedrooms, you have a large bathroom with a shower.



The house also has:

- satellite TV with German, French, Italian and English channels.

- private parking for your vehicle, although you can also park on the street without any problem.
