Superb apartment located in a quiet and well-kept residential complex in Playas de Fornells, one of the best holiday areas in Menorca next to the beautiful beach of Cala Tirant, with a wide range of restaurants and just two kilometres far from the charming fishing village of Fornells.
On the ground floor there is a spacious living-dining room with a pleasant terrace where you can enjoy fantastic sea views. We also find the fully equipped kitchen and a bedroom with a double bed, another bedroom with two single beds and a full bathroom.
On the upper floor there is a multifunctional space for relax or for work, another full bathroom and access to a large terrace with stunning sea views and outdoor furniture to enjoy life outdoors.
The apartment has air conditioning in the living-dinning room and it also has free high-quality Wi-Fi internet access.
The residential complex has a beautiful shared pool and large garden areas.
