Dear Ghislaine, first of all I would like to thank you for taking the time to review. Our ambition is always to improve to make our guests happy and by that appreciate any feedback. By that said, I wish you could have shared there was a strange smell in the bathroom as we could have sent someone to investigate and fix whatever needed to be fixed. It was clearly an unknown issue as we had not experienced this before. Unfortunately I didn’t get any response from you during the full visit even though I sent you several messages to make sure all was ok. As I didn’t hear back from you I took it for granted all was fine. The furniture we have are exactly as the pictures so I should not be a surprise 😀 We strive to create an atmosphere with comfortable, clean and cozy furniture and it may not be to everyone’s taste - the importance is that what you see on the pictures also reflects the reality. By that said, our guests are very important and we will keep asking for anything that can improve the visit. Thank you.

Dear Alex and thank you for staying with us. I also appreciate that we get feedback and ideas as we always wants to provide the best possible experience for our guests. I am very happy to hear that you are pleased with various things and of course I am also happy to hear what we can improve. After you arrived to our house 3hours before check in time – I was pleased to give you access to our house and know that you could start your holiday relaxation a bit earlier. This was on a Wednesday and I did ask you if you could share if everything was working well for you. I didn’t hear back from you until the Saturday evening when you told me about the toilet. However, we were really pleased to be able to quickly fix it within 24 hours even though it was a Sunday. For the things to improve I really take it seriously about the rail in the stairwell and wish you would have told us during your stay. It could easily been fixed as it was just the screws that needed to be tightened. Safety is really important and glad your parents are fine. I understand they did have an issue to also get into the pool. I can understand that with the way you describe it. However, the outdoor sofas are modular and light weight and can be easily moved to create a safe path to the pool. When it comes to the space in the bedrooms that you believe are small. Yes, they are the average size and we do not want to clutter them by putting in a chair next to the bed. As we do have built in closets in both of these and a walk in closet in the master – we thought this space would be enough to store your things. As you mention, we do keep extra pillows and blankets for our guests but can of course look at how to store that in a better way to give space. In regards to electric sockets – there are not too many in each room per standard and of course we can always look into installing more if necessary. When it comes to the kitchen – we are proud to say it’s very well equipped and this is also commented in a positive way from many customers. What you say you were missing I will make sure it’s taken care of right away. Important to note is that you give your comments about 6 people which we do not allow as we only rent to 5 people. We will take your comment still about feeling crowded when you sit together in the Living room and see how we can accommodate this. When it comes to the bathroom downstairs – it’s a small one but still space enough for the shower that is according to standard so this we cannot do anything about. However, there is a big shower upstairs including a bath with shower and massage. There is also an outside shower for the brave ones😊 Finally, we are very proud of our home and how we furnish it and equip it – and to keep it clean and updated with nice furniture, bedlinens and towels. We are also very eager to give that experience to our guests and that they will feel like home during their holiday. All input that we can improve on is always appreciated so thank you for taking the time to do so. Wishing you a nice summer.
