This fantastic 596m² house including a garden and a pool, is near top attractions and restaurants offering diverse culinary options.

The inviting living room features cosy sofas for relaxation, a flat-screen TV for your favourite shows, and a dining table. Natural sunlight fills the space, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The living room also opens to a private backyard with a swimming pool and BBQ area, perfect for outdoor enjoyment.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and essential cookware and cutlery. A washing machine is also available for your convenience.

On the upper floor, you'll find three bedrooms, each furnished with a queen-sized bed, a wardrobe, and access to a balcony, offering a serene spot to unwind and enjoy the fresh air. Complimentary hotel-quality linens are provided to ensure your comfort.

Please note that the rooms are located on the first floor, accessible by stairs, and that there is a camera outside by the front door for security reasons.

The bathrooms are well-appointed with towels and toiletries for a refreshing experience.

For your convenience, the house is professionally cleaned before your stay.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

This property is the perfect base for exploring the surrounding area. Within close proximity, guests can visit the historical Castro de São Lourenço and relax on the beautiful Praia de Suave Mar beach. For those looking to indulge in some delicious takeaway options, Dolce Sapore is just a short distance away. Additionally, guests can enjoy a meal or drinks at the nearby Marine Lounge restaurant and bar.

The best way to reach the property is by car or Taxi.
The Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is just a 30-minute drive.
The nearest train station is Póvoa de Varzim, at 20km.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 4 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
